I'm not sure how you have a 4. 6 rating with the horrible customer service your service department has. This seems to be the norm for your service department. If I could have given you zero stars I would have. I have never been treated like your service department treated me and my brother this evening. I went with my brother to pick up his wife's car which has been in and out of your service department over the last year for the same issue. When we walked in, we had a positive attitude, we were joking and laughing when we walked in. We waited our turn and approached the service desk to let the person (sorry didn’t get his name) know why we were there. He called you and after a few minutes, you came out with an attitude as you walked past us in the waiting area. I could see it on your face, and you didn't say hi, kiss my xxx, or anything, just a puffed-out chest, and kept on walking. Then you walk to the back desk thinking no one could see you while you called your friend to come up to the service area, I am always watching. Just how I roll. Your friend tries to act all cool and comes to size up my brother. I can't believe you thought no one would notice this (rookie). I think this is where we started to see what kind of person you are, and our attitudes started peeking the pesky head out. You took your time before you came in and asked my brother to sign the repair order. He asked you what he was signing, and you said it is all written here and that since his wife mentioned the word attorney you could no longer work on the car. I get that again not sure why all the attitudes. While all this is going down, your friend keeps walking up behind my brother, nice to know that you felt you needed to call someone. I thought it was funny, but also kind of felt threatened. Then the attitude continued when my brother again asked you to explain what he is signing because what he sees that was not on the piece of paper you handed him and the one you were asking him to sign was a 191.00 diagnostic charge which you told me you were going to waive (I sure hope this is true). Then you proceed to tell him to quit staring at you, unfortunately, people do stare, yes, he was heated by then and words were said (while your friend kept walking up behind my brother, again you two are rookies). I'm not sure what he thought he was going to do, you’re in a place of business with lots of witnesses and cameras. Trying to calm the situation down, I stepped in and asked you to understand where he and his wife are coming from, they are paying for a car that is in your shop more than they get to drive it and you can't figure out how to fix the issue. xxxx, Nissan can't figure out how to fix the issue. At first you wouldn’t let me look at the paper you were trying to get my brother to sign until I told you that I wanted to make sure there was not something on one paper that was not on the other. You started this transaction off on a bad foot by coming out with an attitude and then talking to my brother the way you did. He was doing his best to remain calm. Yes, my brother was also frustrated and said some not-so-nice choice words to you and came up and apologized and shook your hand (Bigger Man), you still had an attitude while talking to me. Right before this, we were talking to a couple in the waiting area that had received similar treatment for bringing their car in for warranty repairs. I'm not sure where you are from, but customer service is the name of the game, and coming out with an attitude, to begin with, does not make for a pleasant conversation, not sure what you thought that was going to accomplish. More
Needed to get 1 piece fixed on my car. They asked me "would you take your bad review down if we fix the little problem. Which was only a piece needing to be clamped down. He said YES, I went to Malloy Nissan they check my truck issue and fixed it for me, No appointment required. RELIABLE NISSAN !! THEY DON'T CARE ABOURT YOU AFTER YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. More

Then the service technician tells me it's not going to take that long! so I was waiting outside for at least an hour! See my car park at the same place! So I asked service technician how long it's going to take so he tells me oh I forgot to tell you it's going to be another hour! So they pull my car around! My radio is full blasted! So I tried to call the manager he wasn't there! So I left a message still hasn't called me !Really bad service they really need to fix it! More
Worst Nissan dealer ever Took my 2016 Murano in for a recall on 1/17/2019. I asked if they would be able to provide a ride back to my home (8.9 miles from dealership) and was Took my 2016 Murano in for a recall on 1/17/2019. I asked if they would be able to provide a ride back to my home (8.9 miles from dealership) and was told yes. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours while the service writer kept making me promises about a ride home. When my car was ready the driver side column had greasy hand prints all over it. The service writer apologized and offered a free detail. Since I was going out of town I told him I would schedule the work later. This morning I went to look up something in my manual and discovered all my manuals and service receipts were missing. I went back to the dealer and the service writer said they didn't take them out of the glove box. He then wanted me to pay for another set of manuals. I purchased my 2016 Murano from Newton Nissan in Gallatin, TN. I called Bill Newton and he told me he would send me a complete set of manuals at NO charge. Guess that is one reason Newton Nissan is the #1 Nissan Dealer in the USA and Reliable isn't. Sadly Reliable Nissan is the only Nissan dealer close to our home. When it is time for a new Nissan it certainly won't be purchased from Reliable Nissan. More
