Before we purchased our Mazda CX5, we went and drove the Honda CRV and the Ford Escape, pretty much as soon as we took off on our demo ride we knew the CX5 was our choice. More leg room, more comfortable seating, the handling was much better and the drive and ride more enjoyable. We have purchased five new Mazdas since 1988 and have had 8 all together with two kids driving them as well. You just can't beat the Mazda. Ben Bowden will take good care of you, product knowledge is a strong point and he wants to earn your business. More

How many times can you say "No" to the extended warranty? We have bought 3 cars from this place. None of the experiences was great due to the financial managers you have to deal with to buy the car. But this We have bought 3 cars from this place. None of the experiences was great due to the financial managers you have to deal with to buy the car. But this latest experience will be my last with them. How many times do you say "No" to an extended warranty. Apparently 5 is not enough. No matter what I said he ignored it and kept trying to push it on me. When I finally said I didn't understand how valuable the extended warranty could be he insulted my intelligence. Good for who - besides the dealership and his commission? When I told him it was the end of our conversation, his boss swooped in to try to salvage the deal - only to try to convince me to buy the same stupid warranty. I walked out. It's a pity we couldn't close the deal the salesman and I worked out. But there are other dealers and I'm sure I can get a better deal at the next one without the shenanigans. More

We pulled up and got out and were immediately met by Ben Bowden...wow fantastic. The entire purchase including warranty service by Tim Boll was a complete breath of fresh air. We went to Springfield the Sunday before driving around looking. We started at Youngblood Nissan and all of us were disappointed with the Versa, Sentra. We have bought 2 new Nissans from Youngblood and I guess I would rather get into a fist fight with a room full of drunks than to go thru what we have in the past with Youngblood. We then went across street and looked at a Kia. My daughter just wasn't excited about any vehicle. Before heading back to Arkansas we decided to drive over to Mazda passing a Toyota dealership. As we pulled up my daughter saw a Mazda3, and said, that is my car. So, Tuesday morning we came back. An excellent experience. We will be back for mom's car soon. I will tell everyone my experience at Reliable Mazda....Ben and Tim were more than fantastic. More

Fantastic Service - Great Employees., I went into Reliable Hyundai looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating. We just had our third and final child, and as much as I did not want to give up I went into Reliable Hyundai looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating. We just had our third and final child, and as much as I did not want to give up our GMC Terrain, it knew it was time. It did not take long to find the perfect car that that would not raise my current payments. Richard Herrera , former USMC, helped us pick out a Mazda CX-9. Not only was it a good pick for our family, but he gave us a great price for our trade in, 1500$ over KBB. He was professional a willing to listen to me wine about all the features i wanted. I was in an out in about 3 hours with our new car. He even moved all three car seats to our new car, and put in brand new floor mats ($300 all weather). I will be returning here when I am ready to buy my WRX. See you then Richard. More

We never felt any pressure to buy or steered towards one model. Sarah had her car stolen so we were not in the best of moods, and it took a couple of weeks to settle with the insurance company. Mark was so understanding his communication was perfect letting us know the model Sarah wanted would be there for her. And it was honest, fair, understanding, and very informed.
