Originally I worked with Adam and was looking at a used Acura MDX but it had more miles then I wanted. He led me to the Lexus side with another Acura but RDX model. After driving the RDX and a Toyota Highlander we made the decision to purchase the RDX. When we came back from lunch Adam was busy and we went back to the Lexus side and were assisted by Brianna. She was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to help Adam with the sale! We had to pick the car up the next am and complete the paperwork and she had everything ready for us. Before we left with the car she asked if we would like help setting our phones up in the car. What a help for people who aren't to tech savvy. More

My CT200h Service I took my Lexus CT200h in for a safety recall. They didn't have the parts at first because Toyota wasn't ready for the recall. Couple weeks later, t I took my Lexus CT200h in for a safety recall. They didn't have the parts at first because Toyota wasn't ready for the recall. Couple weeks later, they called me and had the parts in. I took the car in, the service rep was courteous and professional. After 4 hours, the car was done and they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning although they missed a spot on the headliner. Best service experience I've ever had. Highly recommended. More

Poor Service Was on vacation left car lexus Gx470 because of suspension had them check it out and see if I could drive it home. At this point they introduce me to Ken Olson car sales he was excellent and have nothing but praise for him even called me when I got home to check on me.
