Over the past nearly 6 years Kery has kept in regular contact with me and has become a good friend. I'm waiting for the next gen RX to hit the showroom later this year and plan to purchase the 2016 RX350 through Kery. I have had my 2010 RX serviced regularly at Reliable Lexus and have been very happy with the great customer service they provide. I've purchased many cars over the past 45 years, and Reliable Lexus has been by far the best dealer I've experienced. More

My salesman was Kery Spinabella and I found him to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He continues to contact me regularly to make sure things are going well and offering assistance on anything I might need. When I buy my next Lexus I will ask for him. I take my Lexus to Reliable Lexus for all my service needs, which so far has only been routine maintenance. The service staff go about and beyond in offering the best service and taking care of their customers. If you are looking for a Lexus, ask for Kery Spinabella in the sales department. He will take good care of you. More

I like to have them service my Lexus and my husband brings his truck in for oil changes. Always convenient and everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. We don't have to worry about high pressure and we like the reliability of Lexus. We have purchased from Ken Olsen and from Kerry... both highly recommended. More

I have purchased three Lexus vehicles over the past decade and still own two of them. I have always taken my vehicles to the local dealership for service. I have received excellent service from Lexus decade and still own two of them. I have always taken my vehicles to the local dealership for service. I have received excellent service from Lexus service departments in Nashville, TN, Columbus, OH, Ottawa, ON, and Pittsburgh, PA. Now that I have been in Springfield, MO for a year and bringing my vehicles to Reliable Lexus, I find that they don't meet standards for professional interactions with customers and quality of work. Recently, my older vehicle required some work. When I came to pick it up and drive home, within a few minutes on the road, I found a new problem with it that did not exist when the car was left for service. This required another major repair. I discussed my concerns with Reliable's service manager about this new issue appearing only after picking up the car. He interrupted me and lectured me about the age/high mileage of my car and dominated the conversation completely. I was stunned. I have never received such abrasive and rude treatment from a Lexus service advisor in North America. More
I have owned 8 lexus' and dealt with seven different dealers since I moved a lot during this period. I took my car for in body work and the paint started to flake after a year. They also didn't dealers since I moved a lot during this period. I took my car for in body work and the paint started to flake after a year. They also didn't replace the bearings so I had to go back and ask the insurance company to reopen the claim. I also bought a car there and had service. It has the worst facility I have seen in the Lexus system and the service department is slow and they promise completion times that they don't come close to meeting. They should not be in the Lexus system. More
