First time buyer I’ve personally never been to a car dealership before and people that I know told me horrible things about them, so when I went in I felt like they wo I’ve personally never been to a car dealership before and people that I know told me horrible things about them, so when I went in I felt like they would just try to sell me one of the first few cars that they would display for me. But it was more that that, we went through so many cars and Cole asked me all sorts of questions to narrow the perfect car for me and it felt like he really listened. He made sure I felt comfortable and walked all the cars that were in the range that I was looking for. Answered all my many questions I had. As we looked through all the cars I didn’t find the one I was looking for. I started heading inside to call it a day, and then a manager comes up to us and mentions that there is a car that just pulled into the garage and said he thinks it’s exactly what I was looking for. I just couldn’t believe it and it did turn out to be exactly what I was looking for.
