I may have been impressed if Mungenastlexusofstlouis. com had not set such a high standard for me. I had to switch lexus dealership after moving to the Springfield area and the service was not as friendly com had not set such a high standard for me. It's waiting area also is not as comfortable or well designed...I was also informed if I took a loaner car my car would not be done until the afternoon...my appointment was at 930am...I don't really understand how that lengthens the time it takes for my car to be done...I was never told that at Mungenastlexusofstlouis.com and they didn't lengthen service time just because I took a loaner.
