We just bought a used Lexus RX 350 from reliable Lexus We just bought a used Lexus RX 350 from reliable Lexus in Springfield Missouri and had a wonderful sales person. His name is Randy Tan. When we got We just bought a used Lexus RX 350 from reliable Lexus in Springfield Missouri and had a wonderful sales person. His name is Randy Tan. When we got there he greeted us right away and was very welcoming and so easy to deal with. We asked him many questions and he was able to answer everyone of them with confidence. I like that the sales person. He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. He was very patient with me with all the questions that I had. Takes a special person to handle that. I have already told people about Randy if they were ever looking for a car to see him at Lexus. The other people we dealt with at the dealership was prepaired and easy to deal with like the finance person and the young man that explained the features on the car to us. The other salesman around there were very nice and everybody made us feel very special and valued as a customer. We would definitely come back here to buy a car in the future. More
