Kery Spinabella helped me with my first ever Lexus lease (a new UX Hybrid), and I honestly can't recommend him and Reliable highly enough. There is no pressuring you to buy a car you aren't interested in, no agenda to move a certain car that they want off of the lot. Instead, it's just a great conversation about what you are looking for in a car and how they can help you make that happen. It is honestly what I think the perfect dealership experience SHOULD be but somehow almost never IS. Kery in particular really knows his stuff. I even tried to stump him by asking about details of the UX and couldn't ever find a gap in his knowledge. He is a personable guy who is great to work with, and if you're looking for a car you won't find a guy who will be a better partner in that transaction anywhere. More

Best new car buying experience I've ever had My wife and I had recently been considering a new vehicle purchase. We love the Lexus brand, and wanted to buy a sedan to go along with our 2005 SUV. After seeing commercials on tv advertising 0% financing, with no payments for 90 days, this seemed like as good a time as any. We found the car we wanted and negotiated the entire transaction online. We didn't speak with anyone by phone or in person until speaking with Kery Spinabella. We agreed to the deal on Monday, 4/20/20 and scheduled to come in complete the necessary paperwork to take delivery on Tuesday 4/21/20. Kery had our car ready and took the time to set up our 2020 ES 350 with Lexus Enform with me. There was a bit of a delay in getting the financing done, as there were minimal people at the dealership due to the COVID19 virus. All in all, it was the easiest and best deal I had ever negotiated on a new car deal, My last new car purchase was from Reliable Toyota in 2009, and the difference from then to this deal was like night and day.
