I recently decided to go in for the new RX350H. I had heard that there was a long wait for the RX and an even longer wait for the RX hybrid. I thought I’d try my luck and reached out to a few Lexus I had heard that there was a long wait for the RX and an even longer wait for the RX hybrid. I thought I’d try my luck and reached out to a few Lexus dealerships around Rogers, AR. In most cases, I was asked to give my details and told I would be put on a waitlist and that was that. When I reached out to Reliable Lexus in Springfield MO however, I had a refreshingly different experience. I was put in touch with one of their sales rep, Mr. JT Gacsi. JT took a genuine interest in my needs and discussed options. He constantly kept me posted on the progress and even sent me a few options of cars that he could procure from other dealers to meet my need. JT was amazing throughout and I could see he really worked hard to make this happen for me. Last weekend I signed a purchase order on my RX hybrid. I strongly recommend Reliable Lexus and if you come in for you next car, ask for JT. More
