Kyler Talik was my salesperson for a recent purchase of a used Lexus RX. Initially, I wasn't sure what model of car I wanted and Kyler was patient and generous with his time allowing me to drive several Toyo used Lexus RX. Initially, I wasn't sure what model of car I wanted and Kyler was patient and generous with his time allowing me to drive several Toyota's and Lexus models to help me decide. He kept in touch with me over 6 months alerting me when they got a new car in that I might be interested in. He was professional and not pushy which I greatly appreciated. After 6 months the "right" car landed on the Lexus lot and Kyler sold it to me. He is an excellent sales person and I appreciated his assistance in deciding what car was right for me. I have already recommended to a friend that she should contact Kyler as she is looking for a new Toyota. This NEW car also came with a lot of technology that I was unfamiliar with and Mark Dalengin, the Lexus Technology Specialist spent a good amount of time with me going over all of the functionality of the car. He was thorough and patient. Even more important was his offer to contact him at any time or just drop by the dealership if I had any questions about any of the functions on the car.
