If you would like a lesson in every used car scam perpetuated by the typical crooked Used car dealer; by all means visit them. I bought a car new from them 2009 Sonata and was not happy with their sa perpetuated by the typical crooked Used car dealer; by all means visit them. I bought a car new from them 2009 Sonata and was not happy with their sales tactics then but thought I would get the best deal trading it in. They first quoted me $3000 less than Trade in value. When I called them on it they explained that the quoted me for a 2008. They did not even know the year of a car bought at their dealership? I then renegotiated a better price and was still giving them the benefit of the doubt and during the finance portion they added hidden fees, and the typical add-ons that I eventually had to file a BBB claim just to get them dropped. Buyer beware, there are honest dealerships out ther but this is definitely not one of them. More
By far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. We went to test-drive the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and loved it - of course. Our salesman, Jared, was informative, well-spoken, and very helpful. At this point, we told him that we wanted to sell our vehicle privately and would not make a purchase until we had done so. Jared did NOT pressure us to trade-in. He stayed in contact with us over the weeks, but we never felt pressured to handle the sale under any terms other than our own. When we did contact Jared to make the purchase, we knew EXACTLY what color/options we wanted on the car. They did not have a car that matched my desires, so Jared and Anthony/manager worked until they got in the EXACT car we wanted - in merely a few days! We went in to "make the deal" - and, yes, you do have to go through the "back & forth with the manager" stuff that others spoke of. But, it was not a big deal. We found that period to be quick and painless. And, we felt like the final result was a fair deal for both parties. On to Scott Searle, Finance Director. The most professional, and informative handling of the financial process ever. A great job. We left his office with full confidence that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed! On our first service trip, we met Lukas. Another friendly face who took the time to inform us of exactly what he would be doing in the service call. When we picked the car up, we again got a full description of what was done. Then, there is Rebekah in Customer Relations, who follows up occasionally to ensure that we are enjoying our Hyundai and that all is going well. She even e-mailed a picture of us in our new car! This whole experience was so positive that I would buy from this dealership again and again. More
I was quoted a price for a used Sonata. Salesman got the price ok'd by Jeremy. Salesman PJ Nall wrote up the "paperwork". I told him I would think about it. We were told the sale couldn't be made for the earlier agreed on price. They now wanted $900 MORE!!! I won't be back! I suggest you run fast away from this dealership!! More
My husband and I went for a test drive. Ben knew nothing about the vehicle even fessing up that he had never actually be in it before. Huge pressure sales. When we told him we were shopping for other vehicles he got the sales manager who threatened to block the door. We left and called a week later to set up a test drive with just my husband and I to see how it really handled. He said over the phone that was fine. When we got there he made us jump through hoops, price our jeep as a trade - quote us on financing (at 15% no less!!!!) 3 hours later he still wont let us test drive - sales manager says they don't allow anyone to test drive on their own. We walk out - he follows us and says we can take it over night - totally no big deal. We walked and will never be back. Felt like we were dealing with the mob. More
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a dealership. My fiance and I went on a Monday to look at and purchase a Sante Fe. The salesman had NO clue about the vehicle and could not answer any of our questions. They did not have the color we wanted or the options so we wanted to see if they could get what we wanted. The salesman proceeded to get pricing on the vehicle we had told him multiple times we did NOT want. Finally when we decided to leave because of this treatment he got sales manager. The sales manger proceeded to tell my fiance he didn't know any thing about car sales and tell him he couldn't find a Sante Fe with the options we wanted so we should just buy this one. (My fiancea has been sellign vehicles for over 20yrs and was increadibly offended.) We finally walked out and will be driving to another town to purchase our vehicle. More
