Dealer experience I went in to buy a new traverse. They are very aggressive in their internet pricing. Finance guy pushes hard on add ons but some make sense if you plan on owning more than 36000 miles. Listen and make your decision then. I feel comfortable with the deal I got. I probably could have shopped around and saved another 1000 dollars but i got the vehicle i wanted. Follow up from the dealership was efficient. Paperwork arrived promptly. This place moves volume so you wont get the best deal but you will get the vehicle you want. For example interior color, exterior color. I like the dealer add ons like rubber mats and mud guards. They are more expensive than weather tech but the convenience is worth the extra money. More

Rich tried to blame me for the situation after the original illegal sale and had me in tears. Jay will lie about everything. He told me the car I bought had 4000 miles on it and in actuality it had over 25000 miles. He guaranteed me the insurance on the 2nd car would not increase over the 1st one. It went up $40 a month!
