My car was washed on the outside, I am still owed a complete detail from the first of two visits that it was missed but at this point the quickness of my appointment and the attention of the service writer was more appreciated. I will likely try there again when I had gone elsewhere the last two times I had my vehicle serviced. More

Dealer experience I went in to buy a new traverse. They are very aggressive in their internet pricing. Remeber that if u are trading in a vehicle cause they do low ball I went in to buy a new traverse. They are very aggressive in their internet pricing. Finance guy pushes hard on add ons but some make sense if you plan on owning more than 36000 miles. Listen and make your decision then. I feel comfortable with the deal I got. I probably could have shopped around and saved another 1000 dollars but i got the vehicle i wanted. Follow up from the dealership was efficient. Paperwork arrived promptly. This place moves volume so you wont get the best deal but you will get the vehicle you want. For example interior color, exterior color. I like the dealer add ons like rubber mats and mud guards. They are more expensive than weather tech but the convenience is worth the extra money. More
