Based on my discussion with others that had experience with Reliable, this is typical and from the top. I was able complete a sale at Mayse in Aurora. They made me an offer in 20 minutes, processed the title and I had a check. I would highly recommend that dealership over this one. It is ashamed as it used to be a great dealership. You might consider exploring their culture.

You did not read my complaint! Your response did not address the false charges or spraying oil onto perfectly good parts .Debbie Peavy lied saying the rear brake inspection charges included pulling out both axil sections to remove rear drums. False not done. Charging for inspections and parts pricing for an$8000.00 eat. Again false. The only legit charges were for tire mounting 7 tires. Will be contacting BBB and Fraud AG in MO. Reality for Fleet pricing and honesty in est repairs does not exist at your dealership. Also your corp owner mr. Warren Buffett will earn how your service dept works.
