I have already recommended you to my daughter And she bought a car 3 days after us. The service part I am not sure about. The day after we got our car I got an email that said my tire pressure was low on three tires. That should have been checked before we bought that or at least left the lot. More
do not recommend this place to anyone took my cadillac in to have it fixed! i approved 1600 in repairs and when i went to pick up they had not replaced the three fuel injectors or this bol took my cadillac in to have it fixed! i approved 1600 in repairs and when i went to pick up they had not replaced the three fuel injectors or this bolt that was talked about from beginning! somehow they knocked off my plate that goes over the wiring under the steering wheel and claim they didnt but didnt even tell me about it! i had to leave it another three days and was told all was done this time and that i was the one that didnt approve original work which i have a witness that was with me to say i did too! there were no apologies for not doing the work they were susposed to do just how long it would take to get done! again i made sure they were to replace this bolt that was missing and they assured me they would! i picked it up after them having it 5 days and paid for the three injectors and the BOLT got it home and realized that plate was missing called them they said it was broke and laying on floorboard but knew that was not so because i was in the car before it went there! but they put it in box in trunk! on instinct i opened the hood and sure enough that BOLT i had payed for was not there! called the supervisor of floor and he was nothing but rude when i said i would speak to him but i was done talking to the idiots on floor he told me not to call them idiots (fine) but i said they thought i was idiot and didnt do what they said they would do and i paid 1600 and he says to me "well if you feel like an idiot thats on you" ! our convo ended! considering getting a lawyer to get my money back for the bolt and for extremely poor service! False Internet Prices Don't let the internet prices lure you to this dealer!!! I have always heard horrible testimonials about this dealer, but figured I'd give them a fair Don't let the internet prices lure you to this dealer!!! I have always heard horrible testimonials about this dealer, but figured I'd give them a fair shake...big mistake. I saw an ad for a 2016 Chevy Trax AWD on the internet for a little under $16,000, which seemed like a great price so I emailed the dealer to confirm. The internet salesperson confirmed the price and said she spoke with the manager and that price was their best price for that vehicle, since it was already $7,000 off MSRP. In fact, she sent me a copy of the same ad with the price of under $16,000. However, when I showed up at the dealer I was told that the internet price was a "mistake" and the actual price would be closer to $18,000. It looks like the internet price is a "teaser" price to lure in customers, which seems like fraud to me. Needless to say, I immediately left without test driving the vehicle. Don't waste your time with these people. More
Wasted my time Visiting to look at a car we've been talking about. I call 20 minutes in and, they did they'd get the car ready. worst car dealer I have ever dealt with 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. Nothing mentioned and nothing done about the recalls on this vehicle. Don't know why I bought it back to 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. Nothing mentioned and nothing done about the recalls on this vehicle. Don't know why I bought it back to you. But you are now open to a lawsuit if the recalls cause damage. More
Very shady! Wow, this place is so shady! Took my truck there for a bad fuel pump. The OEM part is $200 (if you don't shop around). Labor is approximately 2 hours Wow, this place is so shady! Took my truck there for a bad fuel pump. The OEM part is $200 (if you don't shop around). Labor is approximately 2 hours. Reliable Chevrolet quoted me over $1000 for the job! OK, it's their business, they can charge whatever they want. The shady part is that they thought I was traveling through (I have out of state plates) and they had me over a barrel. When the service adviser asked if I was traveling and I said I wasn't, she changed her tune a little and said "let me see if I can get a better price." The better price as only $900! Still highway robbery. I paid their $123 "diagnostic fee" and had the truck towed home. Ordered an OEM pump from Amazon for $160 and I'll put it in myself. Altogether, with towing twice and parts, I'll have spent $450 and two hours of my time. Well worth it rather than spend another penny with these would-be thieves. More
Horrible Experience This dealership is a joke, right along with their management, they are VERY unprofessional. I was buying a brand new car and the price of the vehicle This dealership is a joke, right along with their management, they are VERY unprofessional. I was buying a brand new car and the price of the vehicle was more than what they said. I tried to return the car before the paperwork was signed and finalized. They threatened me with legal action and made me pay money to return the car. The management was unprofessional when dealing with me and made me wait over 3 hours to get my vehicle back. I will never do business with this dealership again. I have never in my life been treated this horribly by a business. I suggest when buying a Chevy that you look anywhere else besides Reliable Chevy in Springfield, Mo More
Horrible customer service, refuses to honor commitments made My wife and i purchased a new 2015 Tahoe from Reliable Chevrolet April of 2015. We have had nothing but problems out of this vehicle from the start My wife and i purchased a new 2015 Tahoe from Reliable Chevrolet April of 2015. We have had nothing but problems out of this vehicle from the start, it was in there body shop to have a dent fixed in the pass rear quarter panel while it was in there possession the front bumper was scratched really bad. They tried to buff them out and they apologized, scratches are still there to this day. Dec of 2015 it was back in service because they left the oil filter loose from the previous service causing an oil leak, it was also in there for a loud ticking, voltage drop, and a miss at idle. April of 2016 back at Reliable for Air Bag light flashing erratically, and driver seat moving forwards and backwards unable to reach pedals while driving and approaching an intersection. And again while it was in there service area they managed to hit something with the front bumper causing damage. May 2016 back at reliable for the same Air Bag light flashing and seat moving , this time almost causing an accident had my wife not unbuckled and moved her body forward to press the brake pedal. I finally had enough and contacted GM, they looked into the matter and informed me that reliable refused to work on my Tahoe, and did not want me back on the property. Upon purchasing the Tahoe Reliable agreed to give me 6 free oil changes up to 60k miles. Part of there so called " Reliable Chevy Maintenance Program" How do you plan on honoring what was part of our agreement to purchase the vehicle if you refuse to work on my tahoe and not allowed back on your property? Reliable dealerships are owned by Berkshire Hathway Automotive, i have contacted them about the matter with no response. Reliable and GM has poked the wrong bear, and treating it just like any other disgruntled customer, and the he is just 1 customer mind frame. I can assure you this will not go away, i will exhaust all options i have available to me, that includes legal options. More complaints will follow, Attorney general, BBB, NHTSC, Twitter, Facebook and any other ways to let people know about Reliable and GM. This includes having this Tahoe wrapped as a HUGE rolling billboard of my experiences with Reliable and GM and make sure the tahoe and myself is on the 10 o 'clock news. More
