I have never worked with a group of more mismanaged and lazy MEN! It took close to a MONTH to receive my key fob. They sent me home with a valet key which set off my car alarm every single time I opened th lazy MEN! It took close to a MONTH to receive my key fob. They sent me home with a valet key which set off my car alarm every single time I opened the car. For the longest, they blamed us for not having the fob, said they never received one, etc. It took demands to the highest level of management for a month to get one made simply because they had lost it. They delayed ordering the key, ordered the wrong key, and were just downright idiotic. On top of this, the salesman who we worked with had a tendency to look at my wife and I as pieces of meat- we were incredibly uncomfortable, were forced to make a report, and he was fired. I would warn my worst enemy away from this place. Find somewhere else, y'all. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. More
Absolutely horrible !!! Never take their word over the phone! EVER!!!!! MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! I was lied to by multiple people. I drove 5hrs just for them to tell me they wasn't able t phone! EVER!!!!! MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! I was lied to by multiple people. I drove 5hrs just for them to tell me they wasn't able to get the numbers they promised me over the phone. NEVER do business with Mark in the pre owned department!! I made an appointment to meet with him on Saturday and sign papers for the vehicle. HE WASNT EVEN THERE! And we both know why he wasn't. He knew I was going to be more than upset when they told me they couldn't get the numbers he promised me approved. I asked for them to contact Mark and see why he lied to me. They informed me that no one in the facility had Marks Cell phone number!! BULLS**T!!! Just another lie from everyone! I was even told they record all the conversations made from the dealership. and I was told I could get the recordings if I requested. And of course I wanted them to prove that Mark lied to me. Once another Manager came out (I cant remember his name) he informed me that those recordings are for training purposes only, and I couldn't request them.I just hope they use this as an example of what not to do with a customer)!! He also informed me the numbers Mark quoted was not even possible and when asked, he "wasn't sure why Mark lied to me" HIS WORDS OUT OF HIS MOUTH!! After setting there for 4 hours I was finally able to talk to Derrek Hooser. He was the only reason I even went through with the purchase! He was very helpful and polite, the way people should act towards others. I wish his associates was a fraction as helpful as Derrek was. Once I made it back to the finance person (Mike Nash), he was just as friendly and helpful as Derrek. More

I highly recommend Larry Swan as a sales representative based on his integrity and friendly attitude. The agreed on price was accomplished with no problems. Also, Nic in the finance department was very professional and helpful in arranging the financing. Overall, it was a great buying experience thanks to Larry Swan and Nic. More
DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!! I GOT A CAR AND LESS THAN TWO MONTHS LATER HAD TO GET ALEX REPLACED AND NOW NEED NEW BREAKS AND ROATERS. THE AXEL WAS ONLY ABLE TO BE OCVERED BECAUSE OF THE WARRENTY THAT COME TWO MONTHS LATER HAD TO GET ALEX REPLACED AND NOW NEED NEW BREAKS AND ROATERS. THE AXEL WAS ONLY ABLE TO BE OCVERED BECAUSE OF THE WARRENTY THAT COMES WITH MY CAR. BUT THEY ARE TELLING ME BECAUSE I PUT ALMOST 2000 MILES ON MY CAR THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE ROATERS. ROATERS AND BREAKS SHOULD NOT MESS UP AFTER TWO MONTHS OR TWO MILES!!! THEY ARE FULL OF xxxx AND MARK IS AN xxxxxxx THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING THE CARS OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP EVEN WHEN THEY SHOULD'T BE SOLD!! CLAIMS THAT THE CAR PASSED INSPECTION WHEN THEY FIRST GOT IT BUT DID NOT GET IT INSPECTED BEFORE IT WAS DRIVEN OFF THE LOT! HE IS FULL OF xxxx! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!! More

Horrible Experience Recently I had a tire tread that was on the highway get kicked up by the vehicle in front of me and it damaged the driver side front panel by the head Recently I had a tire tread that was on the highway get kicked up by the vehicle in front of me and it damaged the driver side front panel by the headlight causing it to be pushed underneath my wheel well and knocked the sensor loose from the front bumper. I work down the street from Reliable so being this happened on my way to work I figure I would drop it off to have the repairs done there making it easier to pick it up once its finished. plus the fact that I have bought 2 trucks from them in the recent past. keep in my mind this my new truck that I just purchased back in October of 2019. A few weeks go by and finally my truck is ready for pick up. Excited to get my truck back I rush over to go get it on my lunch break. On my way home that evening I noticed the sound system in my truck doesn't sound the same. Come to find out my subwoofer and my amplifier are no longer working at all, but were working perfectly when I turned it over to them for the repairs. I make it a point to call the next morning and explain my concern but nobody is there. So I run down the street to the service area and was not welcomed by anyone. After walking inside and explaining the issue I was told you have to take it back to the collision center and not them. So over the weekend I start noticing that there is a loud sound coming from my driver side seat underneath when I drive over any rough terrain. Also I notice a sound coming from the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Then I just happened to notice the same fender that they replaced is now starting to pull away from the truck. At this point I'm very annoyed but figured ill call Monday and get this all sorted out. Monday comes and I call the guy who helped me through this whole process and explain the issues I'm having and we agreed I would bring it by that Wednesday and he would address the issues. I drop it off to him on Wednesday and I leave in a loaner vehicle and he stated he would try to have ready the next day. So later the next day I get the call that my truck is ready but he couldn't hear any sounds coming from inside the cab except for my seat belts hitting against the door panels. That not what the noise is by far. So he states come by and we will take a drive so I can show him the sounds. Well 15 min later I come by and he is not there so I leave with my truck due to having to be back at work. Here it is the next day and not only do I noticed that my fender that was fixed is now sticking out too far and equal to the other side, but my remote start is not working, mind you it was working all the way up until the day I dropped it off on Wednesday, and now my check engine light is on. Ran back by on my lunch break AGAIN and was told by the manager (not sure of his name) to make some time to leave it to have the bumper adjusted to fix the fender poking out and to schedule with the service department to have them look at the remote start and the check engine light. I have nothing against the sales team here and I have would buy a truck from these guys again but after the treatment I was given by the other departments I will never be back to do business here again. On a side note...Torrin Taylor and Billy Suggs are awesome and I thank you for my previous 2 trucks I purchased with you. More
