Saw a used Ford Focus on cars. com at Reliable that I was interested. But the VIN listed didn't match the stock number, nor did it return any vehicle history. Tried a couple times t com at Reliable that I was interested. But the VIN listed didn't match the stock number, nor did it return any vehicle history. Tried a couple times to get the VIN verified using request for and chat bot. Never got an answer, just a very impersonal email asking questions I already answered, and not answering mine. Why would I come in if the communication is already that bad? More
Awful After Sales Experience! Taken complete advantage of!! Please read until the end as it gets worse and worse! I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer with this dealership. I nai Taken complete advantage of!! Please read until the end as it gets worse and worse! I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer with this dealership. I naively was sold the dream non-issue car. It had 30k miles, it was CPO verified and I even purchased the premium guarantee. Once I left the dealership on the day I purchased my Blazer, the nightmare began. I pointed out within the first 24hrs that the car smelled like smoke, it was not detailed, there was a vibration in the breaks, I had a slow puncture, the car door handle was two different colors, there was no rear passenger mat and the rear fender was damaged a causing a loud rattle noise in the car due to it rubbing against the wheel. Unfortunately, I did not notice all these issues before buying the car, as it took and additional drive or two for some of these issues to present themselves. Once I brought the car in to fix these issues I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. It was not! I was told it would be ready the next day. It was not! This went on for 6 days. I finally got my car back and it was still not right. My front left tire still had a puncture. They claimed that they put air in it, but after a day it went from a 38psi right down to a 35psi. It still was not detailed. There was still no passenger mat and to top it all off there are now scratches on the front right bumper. Of course they denied it was their fault. I tried reasoning with them to solve the last few issues, but they advised that the car would be gone for more than a day and refused top give me a replacement car for the duration. This went on for an additional two weeks where they explained they did not have a rental and they would not be willing to help me. Finally, with the tire now being dangerous I got it patched myself. When I went to get the tire patched, the store manager explained to me that 3 out of the 4 tires are near bare and should not have passed inspection. I only had the car for 28 days! I drove it 125 miles since the day of my purchase. They claimed that this was my issue and there was nothing they could do. The cherry on top of all this was the disrespectful General Sales Manager named Derek. When his management team tried to compromise and offer two new tires, he shouted across the sales floor saying that he will absolutely not agree to replacing two tires, put the full blame on me and made a mockery of the whole situation. I could hear this as I was only a few cubicles down. I asked to speak with him directly and he refused to come out from behind his desk and speak to me. His behavior was unwarranted and disgraceful and outside of all the other issues, this alone would be enough to not come back to this dealership. All in all, I'm down about $1,000 after replacing my tires, not to mention the Ubers and other expenses it personally cost for the duration of not having my car. This was after spending $28k at the dealership. I was completely taken advantage of as I unfortunately do not know a lot about cars and just moved here from Ireland. I can only hope that this review helps future potential customers!! Please find a different dealership! More

Bait and switch experience with Reliable Chevrolet. That is until we made it to the paperwork. There was suddenly over $2000 in optional extras (which they couldn't explain what these charges actually where in relation to the vehicle) which are not optional plus closing costs. Ended up being $3300 over the online asking price with tax, title and license. This is for a vehicle that was originally listed at $9000, which was boosted to $12,300. After trying to negotiate price I was given the "opportunity" of $100 off the price. I walked out. Listen to the poor reviews and take your business elsewhere. There are decent dealerships out there and this isn't one of them. I hope this review saves you an expensive lesson. More
Ber aware! ! there is a hidden charge of $1678.00 Reconditioning fee. So before you get exited about your new car, ask about their process of cleaning and washin ! there is a hidden charge of $1678.00 Reconditioning fee. So before you get exited about your new car, ask about their process of cleaning and washing the car and the sweat they put in to get the car ready for you. So in other words, add that price to the advertised car. And oh BTW, Their sales department is slow to respond and they send you generic response to ur emails that does not address the question you asked. More
I like to take care of those who take care of me. It's the right thing to do and it is a measure of a man's word in my humble opinion. It's all about integrity at the end of the day. That's why I fe It's the right thing to do and it is a measure of a man's word in my humble opinion. It's all about integrity at the end of the day. That's why I feel it is important to give credit where credit is due. I have been shopping multiple dealers for 4 weeks for a new truck. I consistently got the run-around from many dealers during my search. That all ended when I contacted Daniel Bonilla at Reliable Chevrolet. I will be honest and admit that Daniel probably didn't get the "best me" by the time I made it to his dealership. I was already frustrated with the many dealers and their games I had dealt with previously.to contacting Daniel Bonilla at Reliable Chevrolet. Daniel patiently listened to my rant about my previous experiences. It was at this point Daniel Bonilla really shined and made himself and Reliable Chevrolet stand out from the crowd. Right from the start, Daniel listened carefully to my requirements for a new truck purchase. He understood I was all about business and he respected that. He worked efficiently with his sales manager to get right to MY bottom line. Daniel Bonilla understood that my time was limited as well as important. Long story short, Daniel put the deal together that I wanted and he did it in record time. I arrived at Reliable Chevrolet late in the evening. I had a really uplifting and positive conversation with Daniel with no pressure and no pushy sales tactics. Before I knew it, closing time was coming around and I had made my decision to purchase a Silverado from Daniel Bonilla and Reliable Chevrolet. I looked at my watch and realized the dealership was closing in 30 minutes. I told Daniel I would be happy to come back on Saturday and complete the deal when we had more time. It was at this time Daniel told me we could do it all right then and there if I wanted to go home with my new Silverado. I told Daniel I didn't want to keep him from going home on time but if he was willing to get my deal done, then I was willing to wrap things up right now. Daniel said, "it's not a problem at all!" Daniel moved quickly to work with the finance representative, Lia Shao, to set up my loan and prepare all my paperwork. When it was all said and done, Daniel and Lia stayed an hour past closing time to send me home in my new Silverado. I am very impressed by the customer focus that both Daniel and Lia exhibited in taking care of my business. I can't say enough good things about Daniel, Lia, and Reliable Chevrolet! This was one of the easiest and pleasant new car purchases I have ever experienced in my life (and I have bought many cars/trucks throughout the years). I have never been blown away by a dealership in a positive way. However, thanks to Daniel and Lia (and their sales manager of course), I am in awe. This isn't some shill review either. I am a real customer and I'm telling you about my real experience. No b.s. here. I just feel strongly about helping those who help us. I hope that sharing my experience will, in some small way, repay the kindness, understanding and attention I received at Reliable Chevrolet. I hope the management sees this and recognizes everyone involved in my transaction. Great job and thank you! More
I wanted to buy the certified Chevy 21 LT, but it had bad scratches on the driver's door and rear fender. I asked them to fix the scratches right away so I could inspect it and buy it if it looked good. I ca scratches on the driver's door and rear fender. I asked them to fix the scratches right away so I could inspect it and buy it if it looked good. I called them the next day, and the salesman still said they can't fix it until it's number comes up in the line up. So I never heard back from them, and they apparently fixed the scratches because they sold the car to someone else the next day. They also advertised it on cars.com for $1,680 less that their actual price because they tack that amount on top for their make ready charges before adding tax, title and license fee. More
I put my truck up for sale, which was in immaculate condition, and got a bid off Cargurus from Reliable Chevrolet, which was a fair offer. Took my truck in to finalize the sale and they were unwilling condition, and got a bid off Cargurus from Reliable Chevrolet, which was a fair offer. Took my truck in to finalize the sale and they were unwilling to honor their bid, coming in $15k less then their initial offer. My first initial contact by Mike was great, we texted back and forth on concerns about the used cars I was looking into. Mike was off today so TJ was my new contact when I walk in. Explained to TJ what I back and forth on concerns about the used cars I was looking into. Mike was off today so TJ was my new contact when I walk in. Explained to TJ what I was there to look at and he showed me a completely different car that was being sold to another person who hadn't got there yet. Explained to me why would someone try and sell a car that was already spoken for, I found it very unprofessional. When he finally showed me the car I wanted to look at I didn't get a chance to test drive, it had trash in it and he wanted to discuss numbers. I got up an walked out. I'm sorry but a little professionalism is all I ask and also don't try to sell a car that is already spoken for. More
