Misleading advertisement and sales staff. I called in regards to a car that was listed on their website at a certain price ($4995). I asked the salesman if there was any room for negotiation. I called in regards to a car that was listed on their website at a certain price ($4995). I asked the salesman if there was any room for negotiation. He said they might do a little but not much. I then asked if there were any additional charges to the price of the car. He said there is tax, title and license registration fees. Okay, I get that. I said I would come in on Saturday to look at the car for my son. I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived I saw the car in the lot. It was filthy dirty and there was trash in the drivers seat in the interior. Also, he neglected to tell me that paint had come off behind the drivers door. area. This was the first thing that got me. You would think that a dealer would want to make sure the trash was out from inside the car and the car looked half way presentable with the bird droppings, dirt and the brake dust cleaned off the rims and tires. I would have been ashamed to have had a customer look at a car in that condition. From there things only got worse. It was as we were checking out the car that the salemen informed me that the car really wasn't the $4995 but there was a $1800 auto preparation fee that they add to all cars and it could be more and then on top of that was the TT&L fees. So this so called great deal on a 14 year old car that has a blue book value of $2300 for trade in and $3200 for retail is now priced over $7,000. I have no doubt they gave no more than $2300 for the trade given the condition of the paint, the scuffed rims and the dirty interior. I realize dealers need to make a profit to stay in business. However, to force someone to pay $1800 auto preparation fees for a filthy car with missing paint and lots of dings is insane above the price of the car that was already priced double what the trade value is. I told him I would not offer more than $3900 out the door because as soon as I bought and drove it around the block and come back to trade it in, I would be lucky to get $2300. He was stating well we might come off a little. I told him I don't like being misled and I know their dealership would not get me to an out the door price of $3900. So I left and I feel that people need to know that at this dealership they are going to mislead you about the fees and they surely won't discuss the minimum $1800 over the phone. They hit you with that as soon as you arrive. I wonder how many customers have been drawn into these extreme additional charges. I would not recommend this dealership for any purchase. More

By Monday, December 16th, the car arrived at the dealership in Richardson, Texas. I received it on December 21st (Saturday) in Carmel, California, almost 1,500 miles away. The enclosed shipping, managed by a two-man team, greatly enhanced the entire experience that Todd arranged. Todd’s communication was exemplary. His regular follow-ups and updates were truly appreciated. This has been my best experience with a car dealership, and it has instilled a deep trust in Todd for any future needs. I wholeheartedly recommend his services! Let Todd Porter be your go-to guy if you're considering a purchase! More
BUYERS BEWARE! !! Brett in new sales, Nikko in finance, very unprofessional after the sale. They even got a toll bill in my name, chemical or something used has the !! Brett in new sales, Nikko in finance, very unprofessional after the sale. They even got a toll bill in my name, chemical or something used has the plastics outside the windshield discolored bad, tailgate has some kind of blue paint overspray on it, rock chips, bent radiator and condenser on a brand new High Country! They’ll get smart with you, not return calls, etc. They will humor one another by having you on speakerphone or relaying what you say to others around them by repeating what you say aloud and it’s very obvious. I will never purchase anything else from them. I’d pay $10k more just to bypass this dealership! They are not worth their own words. They agreed to deliver, showed up on empty and others I’ve ordered have always been on a full tank. They WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING…ON A NEW, TOP OF THE LINE VEHICLE!!! Good luck with your voicemails to try and speak with management as well. I have text messages to back this review and I always leave reviews, good or bad. Delivered with a recall that was 2 months old and they were aware of it and inconvenienced us with having to drop it off for hours just for an update. More
Took my car in due to a known issue listed online on other 2020 Malibu which chevy never recalled. I bought an textended warranty that is already expired so that didn't help me. The had my car for over other 2020 Malibu which chevy never recalled. I bought an textended warranty that is already expired so that didn't help me. The had my car for over a month!! I received no loaner either. Called me attempting to say it was an issue with a modification and the car is totally stock. Once the car was complete so they told me I had my friend take me to go get it only to sit there for 45 minutes and then the lady tells me my car won't start!!? Ridiculous, my ride left already so now I have to have them take me home. Then on the way home they call and say they got it running. Now I don't trust them that the issues were fixed. Paid over $3500 on a pizza man's budget! Then when I finally get lt they could atleast wash it since they have a carwash in the back. Insane! More

Post sale service less than great. Still waiting on my plates. Drove to dealership and service closed. Asked about the new Blazer. My salesman said they are on the back row wit Still waiting on my plates. Drove to dealership and service closed. Asked about the new Blazer. My salesman said they are on the back row without offering to help. He was pushy for a positive Google review during the sale. I waited to see how the rest of the process worked out. Not real happy. Had shopped this dealer a couple of times years ago without issue. Tried just to get numbers for a trade and a new car they were selling. My trade is brand new and without me even telling them what I a without issue. Tried just to get numbers for a trade and a new car they were selling. My trade is brand new and without me even telling them what I am expecting for it, the sales rep I was talking with said his GM said and I quote " He doesn't want to put $60000 in a "used" truck if you can buy a new one for $54,000." He also asked for my buyers order from the dealership I bought it from. He was wanting to see what I paid for it before he would give me a price. Never heard of that before. To be honest, I wasn't and don't expect 60k for my trade but would love to get it. Tried to tell me that the dealership I bought it from was selling them for 13k less than MSRP. It's apparent that the GM didn't want to do business with me. Maybe they thought they might hurt my feelings or something, I don't know. More
