Can I Give More Than 5 STARS ?!?!?! Pride, honor & integrity sounds a lot like the USA! This was my 2nd visit and I think I may become a Chevy Girl for life! From the first phone call fo Pride, honor & integrity sounds a lot like the USA! This was my 2nd visit and I think I may become a Chevy Girl for life! From the first phone call for service, to getting in my serviced car to leave EVERY single employee smiled, acknowledged me, responded with full focus regardless of their being busy. Their confidence and knowledge is extremely reassuring especially for a single woman who had been accustomed to being taken for a "ride" at other dealerships over the years. When fellow employees speak highly of each other and tell you you’re in good hands with Richard Difino you begin to relax and breathe. Excellent communication skills by EVERYONE including the timely shuttle service provided... RELIABLE CHEVROLET outshines the Albuquerque Jaguar-Land Rover dealership I go to for my Range Rover in EVERY aspect. J.C. the Service Manager made a point to introduce himself and shake my hand & visit with me. I am STAR struck ((*_*)) My service did not take 6 months like the dealership next door. My Tahoe was ready with Tech inspection, parts, service and a shuttle pickup within a 24-hour period seriously! The perfectly poised and beautiful receptionist/cashier "Cat" was a delight to visit with. Richard CARED... they ALL CARED...it was better than being with family. More

ATTEMPT TO LIE ABOUT SERVICE NEEDED On March 18, 2017 I responded to a coupon for an oil change on my 2005 Chevrolet 3500 cut away motor home with 47460 miles on the odometer . I had a c On March 18, 2017 I responded to a coupon for an oil change on my 2005 Chevrolet 3500 cut away motor home with 47460 miles on the odometer . I had a check engine light on the dash and requested a check on it. After a wait of two hours and thirty minutes the service writer informed me that I needed $4729.10 of repairs. He stated that both catalytic converters were stopped up and I also needed the Maf sensor, alternator and battery replaced. When I asked how badly the converters were plugged he went to the shop and returned stating that there is only a 25% flow and if I continued to drive it I would blow the engine. I asked why I need a new battery and he stated the any time you change the alternator that the battery should be replaced. ( I had checked the charging system with my own diagnostic device and it showed that it was maintaining 12.4 volts and had no defects. Since I had experienced no loss of power and no drop in fuel efficiency I decided to decline the repair. The next day the service advisor called me and ask for the business again and I declined. I ordered the MAF sensor and replaced it my self. After a trip of 400 miles I again got the check engine light and went to another shop with an excellent reputation. They performed an extensive diagnosis and told me that only the right Catalytic converter checked bad and the charging system is fine. That shop completed the replacement of the converter and charged under $1300. They completed another diagnostic test and found all systems are "GO" SHAME ON RAY MCCANN AND HIS "MECHANIC" FOR ATTEMPTING TO STEAL FROM ME. More

I've never had a problem getting my car in to be serviced, and they're never pushy about what they recommend I've always used reliable with my Spark.
