Service department dishonest Took in my one year old Chevy Silverado Pickup for service. Was told that all four tires should be replaced immediately as well as brake pads, brake Took in my one year old Chevy Silverado Pickup for service. Was told that all four tires should be replaced immediately as well as brake pads, brake linings, and brake rotor. I had made an appt in advance to speak to manager and service manager. Set there for 2 1/2 hours before my questions were addressed. Never did see the service manager as they were having a party for him and was unavailable. The next day I took my truck to an independent trustworthy car repair and learned the brakes were nowhere near needing replacement. Sales experience a year ago at Reliable went well - Service department is laughable. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are dishonest and the sales department backs up the service dept to bring in more money. Avoid this disreputable dealership at all costs. More

I'm not alone in my opinion. I've always had excellent service when I scheduled my service with Rich DiFino. Sometimes in the past when Rich wasn't available and I took pot luck i I've always had excellent service when I scheduled my service with Rich DiFino. Sometimes in the past when Rich wasn't available and I took pot luck in the service department, commitments weren't always kept and in some cases the work requested wasn't done. Anytime I've scheduled through Rich everything was always handled to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work Rich. More

Richard Defino is the best. I have been coming to Reliable for 15 or so years....and during that time I have never had a bad experience with Rich Difino. He has always been prof I have been coming to Reliable for 15 or so years....and during that time I have never had a bad experience with Rich Difino. He has always been professional and respectful, and he also knows his profession: the ability to take information from owners, handle situations and if he cannot he knows whom to call for additional advice. Not once in all the years have I ever been mislead. On several occasions I have witnessed irate customers who were so disrespectful to Rich I would have lost it. BUT Rich let the person calm down and again began to speak to the customer. On these occasions they were blaming Rich for the mechanical problems on their truck/car. It is interesting that Rich is there to fix the situation. I for one continue to come to Reliable because of Rich Difino. More
