Reliable Chevrolet - NM - Service Center

On dec 15, 2021 i purchased a CERTIFIED chevy colorado. Ever since then i have had it back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. this truck has a vibration starting at 65 and get worse as you incre Ever since then i have had it back to the dealer 4 times for the same problem. this truck has a vibration starting at 65 and get worse as you increase speed. They have rotated and balance the tires twice. checked the front end. They even told me it was the rack and pinon and replaced the rack and pinon. It still had the problem. Every time i picked it up and would get on the hwy it was vibrate. They must not test it when the finish the work. So the last time i took it in and told them it has not been fixed they kept the truck for several days. The the Service Manager Victor called me and told me it was the tires. Now when i purchased this truck it had new tires on it. So i asked him it they were going to replace them and he said NO that it was a characteristic of the tires. Which is xxxxxxxxx. they just dont know what is wrong or dont want to pay for tires. Now remember i have a 12 month 12,000 warranty bumper to bumper. it does not say anything about the tires are not included. So when i talked to Victor I asked him if they had put on other tires to check this and he told me and i quote " YES WE TRIED OTHER TIRES AND THE VIBRATION WHEN AWAY". Well he is a LIAR!!! when i went to pick up the vehicle i asked the service advisor Bryan about the tires and he also said it was the Characteristic of the tires. I asked his if other tires had been put on the vehicle and he said " NO OTHER TIRES HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE VEHICLE". So i see now that this dealer will LIE to you to get you to purchase a vehicle. SO IS THIS THE WAY RELIABLE CHEVROLET IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM WORKS!!!!!!! Im going to make sure everyone knows how this dealer work. I can see that your warranty is worth less. More
