I responded to a recall for my 2007 Chevy Silverado. The recall was for the passenger airbag. I had an appointment on July 14, 23 at 9:00am to get this changed. I dropped off my truck and was told that it would be ready in 3 hours. 8 hours later I still hadn’t heard nothing from them so I went over to their service department and I was told that they haven’t started the job yet. The service advisor that I spoke with asked if I could bring it back the next day or leave it there. I asked to speak with a manager then the service advisor told me that “if they could get it done within the hour would that be OK”. I said yes, that would be good, but they also close in an hour. They closed at 6:00pm and had my truck ready at 6:30. I took my truck didn’t look at the dash because my dash has a dash cover.. After I got home, I looked under the dash cover and noticed that a piece of my dash was busted right above the airbag. My dash was not like that, I’ve always kept a dash cover on it and have taken very good care of my truck. I have called and left several messages for the manager. Manager will not return my phone calls. I reported them to the BBB and their response was, “ Our Service Director, Mike Gould will be reaching out to handle this situation”. It’s been a week and still nothing!! It’s outrageous that this company could treat people this way!! I will never purchase a Chevy again in my life!!! More

Dropped my truck off for an oil change this morning, an hour and a half later I am called to the Service Desk and the technician said my engine blew up?? My truck went in with no problems, I later found ou hour and a half later I am called to the Service Desk and the technician said my engine blew up?? My truck went in with no problems, I later found out that the rear engine seal failed. I asked to speak with the service manager but got shop foreman instead, I guess there was no service manager on site. I asked what happens next, the foreman said that this was normal wear and tear? There was nothing wrong with my truck before dropping it off such as an oil leak. The foreman said there was nothing he could do so I asked for the general manager several times. @30 minutes later I spoke with someone and basically was given the run around. He said he would call GM on Monday to see what could be done. I asked for a loaner, and he said those were no longer available, I then asked for the dealership to provide a rental but was not an option. I now have to pay over $2000.00 to fix the dealership's mistake!! I am now on foot for at least a week until my truck is repaired even though the required parts are at the dealership. I bought my truck from this dealership, no customer loyalty at all!! I hope GM can do something!! More

I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor qua quality of service. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). I've been lied to, my phone calls have been ignored. I have requested/demanded to speak to the "General Manager" Ken Orosco and my request was ignored. I'm deeply disappointed and beyond!!!!!!!! Jesse was above and beyond welcoming and knowledgeable about the car. He provided top customer service, answering all my questions and concerns. He asked many questions about my ideal car and what I wanted in a new vehicle. Jesse was never pushy or judgemental. He also dropped my son off at my home so I could finish the with Joshua in the finance department. That eased my stress. A great act of kindness! I truly enjoyed talking to him as we shared a few stories of our personal lives. Jesse underpromised and over-delivered! Great character and great employee! More
