Very poor customer service and no communication whatsoever from the customer service staff. I took my vehicle for the Zak Tek application and they said it would be two hours for the service. So aft whatsoever from the customer service staff. I took my vehicle for the Zak Tek application and they said it would be two hours for the service. So after the two hours was up and still waiting for my truck, I asked them what was going on with my truck and was told they would find out. They hadn't even started yet and my truck was still sitting in the lot. Their excuse was that the company was a 3rd party company and that it was free! This happens every time I take my truck to Reliable and I am to the point where I will take it elsewhere when my oil change contract is up! More
