They had my truck sitting in their lot for 10 days without even looking at it! On the 11th day the Manager said I can pick it up and they will call me when I'm next in the queue. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Cory, the Service Department supervisor. The communication was severely lacking throughout the entire process. My car took an unreasonably long time to be fixed, and I was left in the dark about the progress most of the time. When I finally received my car back, it was shockingly dirty both inside and out. To make matters worse, there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expected much better care and professionalism. Overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. More
