The person that I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had our vehicle a full week. At the end of that time, I feel they could have at least washed our vehicle when they were done wit and friendly. They had our vehicle a full week. At the end of that time, I feel they could have at least washed our vehicle when they were done with the work. Because this dealership doesn't loan out cars,it cost us over $800 for a rental. More

The service manager gave me the hardest time reaching him, which made it difficult to get any information on my vehicle being serviced there. No matter how many times I ask to get a call back and no matt him, which made it difficult to get any information on my vehicle being serviced there. No matter how many times I ask to get a call back and no matter how patient I was, I would receive nothing. I would call about 10-5 minutes before closing and when he answered he gave the same excuse every time, “I have been super busy with other customers and I was just about to call/get back to you.”. I understand things can get busy but when I ask for a call I expect to be called or at the very least a text back. There was no effort to communicate there. The customer Service/ Service manager of this Chevy has disappointed me. Other than that, Thank you to those who serviced my vehicle glad to have it back! More
