Brought car in after being recovered from being stolen. The service department sat on it for a month and never ordered any parts and kept giving my wife the run around about needing info from insurance, wh The service department sat on it for a month and never ordered any parts and kept giving my wife the run around about needing info from insurance, which we had, and we also gave them the check to start the work. The time our insurance gave us with the rental car ran out due to how long it was taking. We took the vehicle out and to a different dealership, they immediately started ordering parts and communicating with our insurance. The dealership we took it to is almost done and it hasn’t been a week. More

Most times we have to experience failure before we receive success. My knee jerk reaction is to point out the errors made by the dealership and rate their performance low. He was transparent saying that the service team made a mistake. and that he wanted to help me with smoothing over the matter of my dissatisfaction with a issue The general manager of the facility assured me that he would do all possible to help solve the issue honesty and transparency.
