Not having good communication with the customer. Or looking into the service maintenance information before hand. Took my truck in to get fixed and pick it up payed over $600.00 hundred dollars for it not to be fix. They charged over $450.00 to look at my truck for a $50 part to change out and didn't even fix my truck $600.00 hundred dollars for it not to be fix. the ceramic coating detail left my vehicle with micro scratch swirls all over my paint job. very inconvenient to have to go back and it still didn't get resolved. now it looks worse scratches are still scratch swirls all over my paint job. very inconvenient to have to go back and it still didn't get resolved. now it looks worse scratches are still there plus paint job looks less shinny and more cloudy. I had a appointment at 1pm my oil change took 4:20 hours then they discovered a nail in one of my tires and it took another 45 minutes.
