Well I have a new truck from Reliable Chevrolet but come to find out that's all I got. Took my NEW truck for a PM service which went well but a few days after the check /engine light comes on. Called to see what the service department can do for me. They asked me to stop by so they could scan the code so I did. On the way there the check engine light goes out. Service suggests I schedule a day to bring it in to diagnose but three weeks out. Was told they would need the truck 2-3 days. When I finally took it in I was told they needed the truck for 2-3 weeks now just to diagnose. I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long so I told them I would pick it up. You would think they would be concerned of the length that they would offer a rental or loaner but it was like no big deal. Did not try and take care of me just said that's the way it is. Got my truck fixed within two days at another dealership with exceptional customer service! They will be my go to from now on. They know how to treat their customers with respect and value.
