On the 21st of January I took my 2022 Chevrolet to Reliable Chevrolet for a software update. When I arrived at my house, I noticed that the xx engine light was on. I took it back to the dealership the Reliable Chevrolet for a software update. When I arrived at my house, I noticed that the xx engine light was on. I took it back to the dealership the next day, the service advisor Emilio Canas told me that they needed the truck overnight. On the 23rd of January, he told me that they were working GM to solve the problem. I took it back on the 27th of January, for 3 days and Emilio told me they were still trying to fix the problem. On the 1st of February, I went to take it back and Emilio was off and a service lead, I think his name was Mike, came from the shop. He told me that the problem was there before they did there work, so I had to pay for them to fix my truck. They had it for 5 days and then tell me I have to pay for it. I hope that other people see this, so they can know how Reliable Chevrolet Service Department works. More
Reliable had my truck for 12 weeks, kept telling me they were waiting approval from GM for approval. My platinum wrap warranty entitled me to a rental car, Cord Trail argued with me that the issues with my were waiting approval from GM for approval. Eventually I was led to Ryan McCray who was extremely helpful. I’ve had my Camaro and my last two trucks serviced at Reliable and my last two trucks were purchased there. Because of Cord I will never set foot inside your establishment again even if I just needed air in one of my tires.note Ryan McCray was extremely good to work with. More
