I recently had the misfortune of having my vehicle serviced at Reliable Chevrolet, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, it took an astonishing 7 weeks for a warranty repa serviced at Reliable Chevrolet, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, it took an astonishing 7 weeks for a warranty repair to be completed. Upon arrival to collect my car, I was met with a cracked windshield (damage that was not present when I dropped off the vehicle) and a shockingly dirty interior and exterior. The service manager, Cory, displayed a complete lack of accountability, refusing to acknowledge the damage or apologize for the unacceptable condition of my car. Only after presenting irrefutable evidence from my dashcam, proving the windshield was undamaged upon drop-off, did Cory reluctantly agree to replace it with a genuine GM part. However, this promise turned out to be empty. After 6 weeks of unanswered calls and voicemails, I was forced to escalate the issue to Cory's manager, Michael Marsh. While Michael was helpful in scheduling a windshield replacement, the ordeal didn't end there. Cory's unprofessionalism continued with rude behavior and the installation of an aftermarket windshield, despite the agreement for a GM part. This necessitated yet another round of complaints to management. Eventually, after numerous calls and escalating the issue multiple times, I was finally able to have the windshield replaced with the correct part. However, the immense frustration, wasted time, and unprofessional treatment from Cory made this a truly dreadful experience. I strongly advise against dealing with Cory at Reliable Chevrolet's service department. His lack of accountability, disregard for customer satisfaction, and failure to honor commitments make him a liability to the dealership. More

We had questions about some issues that came up with the truck. Aaron Willams was so helpful in answering the questions we had and resolving them and recommending what to do about our transmission issue. Ve truck.
