Service Coupon I received a service coupon from Reliable Chevrolet for a front end alignment.. $39.95. I went to the service desk and asked if this coupon would a I received a service coupon from Reliable Chevrolet for a front end alignment.. $39.95. I went to the service desk and asked if this coupon would apply to my vehicle. I was told that it apply to my vehicle. I brought in my vehicle this morning for the alignment... the Estimate sheet was very clear. $39.95 for the alignment + $5.59 for Shop fee + $3.27 Tax... Bringing the total to $48.82. That sounded like a good deal to me....... When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was told that the total price would be $56.10. That amount did not seem to add up. I was directed to the service manager JC. JC was able to quickly determine what had caused the extra ~$7 charge. He explained what had happened and removed the charge....... THANKS JC. More
