Great Customer Service! I have been very pleased with Reliable sales and the follow-up from the Service Department since purchasing my 2016 Suburban. Each time I have taken I have been very pleased with Reliable sales and the follow-up from the Service Department since purchasing my 2016 Suburban. Each time I have taken my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, I have been greeted very professionally as soon as I pulled up to the Service Department. Although I had made an appointment the previous day, the Service Department could not find my appointment that morning. But that was not an issue as my service advisor went right to work to get my maintenance visit done as quickly as possible. I explained that I wanted to get the maintenance done that morning since I was headed out of town on a road trip and wanted to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape. He was extremely friendly and the Service Department got right to it and I was out in just over an hour. Thank you for your service Reliable Chevrolet! More
Poor Service I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would be ready and would always come up with an excuse as to why it wasn't ready yet. On top of that the body shop left multiple scratches all over my brand new car and tried to cover them up with a black permanent marker because my was black so I guess they didn't think I would notice it. Also they got a lot of sand/dirt stuck in the clear coat on the paint job they did. Don't take your car here if you want it to be done right, you think that they would be a little careful with a brand new car but they don't care and do horrible quality of work. More

Deceptive Scheduling for Service Scheduled an oil change on my vehicle on line. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment, I was told it would take and hour and a half for Scheduled an oil change on my vehicle on line. I told the representative I thought that was an excessive amount of time to wait for a scheduled oil change. I was told the time I scheduled was only to speak to him and I had other vehicles waiting ahead of me. I told him this was now the second time I have had troubles with reliable chevrolet service. Last time, my car sat for over an hour because they neglected to let me know it was done. I have left numerous messages trying to speak with the service manager with no call back. More

20 yr old was taken advantage of My son was given less than fair market value on his trade in, bought a used truck from them at fair market value++ and then talked in to buying a 3000 My son was given less than fair market value on his trade in, bought a used truck from them at fair market value++ and then talked in to buying a 3000 dollar warranty on top of that. My son had an excellent credits score but was given an interest rate of 7%! Not a happy mom. Employees dodged phone calls, never returned phone calls and then pretty much said they would not make it right. After receiving the below message from them, I tried to get in contact with Glen and got the run around again. This issue has never been resolved. More
