Buyers Beware! BEWARE of this dealership! I called to inquire about an advertised "e-price," I was encouraged to come to the dealership asap (I live in Santa Fe, app BEWARE of this dealership! I called to inquire about an advertised "e-price," I was encouraged to come to the dealership asap (I live in Santa Fe, approximately 50 miles away), and the internet rep (Adam Yildiz) set an appointment time, saying he'd meet me, have the car running and the air conditioner on. When I arrived, NO Adam, NO car. I was told by Lawrence (a very eager sales person) that Adam only answers sales calls and that he was "not available." I asked to see the advertised car but was told there were no cars at the price I had JUST SEEN on the Web. Finally, using his phone, we located such a car at the advertised price on Reliable's Web site. Then I was told it didn't have options I wanted. Tyler (GM?) got involved, then the Sales Manager... bottom line: after approximately two hours of lies and excuses I left the dealership just as a terrific storm hit Albuquerque. This was the WORST car dealership I've ever experienced! What's happened to the idea of customer service and the notion that "the customer is always right?" For that matter, what's happened to plan ol' civility and manners? Awful, AWFUL!!! More

horrible follow-up I bought a truck from them,when I go home I noticed a scratch in the door. It has now been 5 weeks and when I called about I they claim I was mistaken and I would be another two weeks. I cannot believe how rude he salesman was not how badly hey treat customers after they buy a car. More
parts and service Ordered a key from parts, they charged my card but never called when part arrived. Came into get door lock cylinder changed. The part was double the price of the online price. Labor was $130 just to change a door lock. I will never come back to this dealership for anything and never again buy a chevy again. More
Service Department Took My work van in Saturday 6th was told that it would be ready Saturday, Its Tuesday the 9th and still they haven't looked at it? I called them at 12;00 and still no idea when they would look at it or even work on it. I picked up my vehicle at 3;00 and took it Gallas. What a wast of my time! Service Dept - Lack of communication Scheduled a appointment for service on a recall for my 2013 Cruze Eco on 15 Aug 14. This is the second time in a year it was recalled for the "half sh Scheduled a appointment for service on a recall for my 2013 Cruze Eco on 15 Aug 14. This is the second time in a year it was recalled for the "half shaft" issue. Apparently it was not taken care of properly in Sept 2013. With all the press lately, Chevy is not the best name in the business right now. Anyway, I arrived a 0730 this morning and the service guy was unaware of why I was there! I showed him the recall notice, he had to take it to another guy (Daniel) to see what it was for! He returned and said that they did not have the parts in stock and just ordered them and it would take about 5 weeks before they could get me back in! So, my question is, why did I make an appointment for a recall, and not get a courtesy call to let me know not to waste my time today and reschedule it when t part came in? This would be customer service 101!! Just communicate with the customer, be proactive!!! I will of course be speaking with the service manager/s. Communication and the lack of any form of an apology is the reason I have all my routine and complex services taken care of elsewhere. I only go to the dealer if it happens to be a recall item!!! See you in 5 weeks. More
