Excellent customer service I had been researching the Chevy volt for quite some time, but had never driven one. Was looking to purchase a used one, did not think I could afford I had been researching the Chevy volt for quite some time, but had never driven one. Asa Shaw my salesman was so knowledgeable about the Volt that he put my wife and I at ease and that took the fear out of buying a car. This place is false advertising I drove two hours from my home town to purchase a vehicle since they were advertising great sales only two find that there advertisement was false. I I drove two hours from my home town to purchase a vehicle since they were advertising great sales only two find that there advertisement was false. I had three vehicles in mind and the sales person kept giving me the run around on all three. First the car was on a test drive then they sold it, then they couldn't find the key, and then it's getting detailed. All theas were excuses so that I can purchase a car of there choice. Oh and did I forget to mention that the sales person who was helping me went MIA. I wasted my time getting the run around. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! More

Don't buy here! I went there to look at a particular used truck. I even called ahead to verify it was still available and was told yes. Got there and the person I t I went there to look at a particular used truck. I even called ahead to verify it was still available and was told yes. Got there and the person I talked to on the phone was not there. Strike 1. Ok, I ask the next guy to see the truck. They can't find it. Strike 2. They brought me inside to check on things and proceeded to try to sell me something else. I explained several times I wanted to see that truck and nothing else, but the guy kept trying to ask stupid questions like what else would I be interested in. Strike 3. I finally got up to look outside and there it sat out back. Strike 4. After looking over the truck, which was advertised as low miles, but much rougher than I thought, I offered what I thought was reasonable and told them to call if they would sell at that price. Never heard from them again. I will never go there again. Trying listening to what your customers are saying instead of trying to "sell them". Works a lot better. More

Great Customer Service! I have been very pleased with Reliable sales and the follow-up from the Service Department since purchasing my 2016 Suburban. Each time I have taken I have been very pleased with Reliable sales and the follow-up from the Service Department since purchasing my 2016 Suburban. Each time I have taken my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, I have been greeted very professionally as soon as I pulled up to the Service Department. Although I had made an appointment the previous day, the Service Department could not find my appointment that morning. But that was not an issue as my service advisor went right to work to get my maintenance visit done as quickly as possible. I explained that I wanted to get the maintenance done that morning since I was headed out of town on a road trip and wanted to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape. He was extremely friendly and the Service Department got right to it and I was out in just over an hour. Thank you for your service Reliable Chevrolet! More

Poor Service I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would I dropped my brand new car to have collision repair. They took 9 days to complete a 5 hour job. They kept on telling me day after day that it would be ready and would always come up with an excuse as to why it wasn't ready yet. On top of that the body shop left multiple scratches all over my brand new car and tried to cover them up with a black permanent marker because my was black so I guess they didn't think I would notice it. Also they got a lot of sand/dirt stuck in the clear coat on the paint job they did. Don't take your car here if you want it to be done right, you think that they would be a little careful with a brand new car but they don't care and do horrible quality of work. More
