We have purchased six vehicles from Reliable. Three for personal use (2 Trailblazers and a Tahoe) and three for business use (a S10 ZR5 pickup and 2 Avalanches). Ken Willis and his team have always been re personal use (2 Trailblazers and a Tahoe) and three for business use (a S10 ZR5 pickup and 2 Avalanches). Ken Willis and his team have always been respectful and professional with how they have dealt with our family’s automotive needs. Never have we felt the “Pressure” that is typical of purchasing a car at most dealerships. Our purchases have also allowed us the privilege of interacting with the GM Kurt Jones. Kurt has always ensured that we have received the very best deal possible even when we were upside down on a couple of vehicles. Their professionalism toward us has created our loyalty toward them. They have our business. We have also referred a family friend, a family member and a co-worker that have all three also purchased from Reliable and they tell us that their experiences were the same as ours. I’ve just provided a review for Reliable Sales, but wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have obviously had to occasionally utilize the Service Dept for a few warranty and recall items over the years. The service Advisor we have always “picked on” to assist us has been Rich Difino. Rich has always greeted us by our first names and has always delivered as promised. Rich communicates the status of our vehicle repairs in a timely fashion with explanations and advice that are easy to understand so that we can make wise decisions on how to proceed. Our vehicles are always returned to us freshly washed which is just the icing on the cake. I’ve also recently had the privilege of working with Mark Sanchez (their shop foreman) on a transmission concern of mine. This young man probably spent a total of 4 hours of his time with me over the course of two weeks answering my questions and researching to find a solution to my problem. Never once did he make me feel as if I was bothering him and always made sure that I was comfortable with the answers and solutions he was providing. This is the personal touch that we have come to expect from Reliable Service! More
When I drove up to the service dept,the employee(Keith) greeted me was very polite and took great care of me. It was nice to see how professional he was, my vehicle was ready within the time frame. As far as car dealerships go, I was intimated by the size of Reliable. It's an extremely large lot, and I was prepared for the salesmen to descend like vultures, but I found quite the opposite actually. Upon of Reliable. Upon arrival, one solitary salesman politely approached me and asked if I needed help with anything or if I would like to speak to anyone directly. I had a slight idea of what car I was interested in, a Chevy Malibu, and the salesman directed me to all new and used Malibus, showed me every feature, color, etc. available. He was not persistent to the point of dissuasion, but instead extremely informative. I got to speak to a Sales Manager directly, something I have never really experience before, and he worked with the monthly payment I was set on, getting me the car I wanted for the same monthly payment I was currently paying for a much less valuable car. Overall, my experience was great! I was not hounded or cornered, but instead informed and guided. More

My wife and I visited reliable Chevrolet for a test-drive. A sales clerk, Adriana, asked for our phone number and I told her I did not want to give it to them, as I did not want to receive sales test-drive. A sales clerk, Adriana, asked for our phone number and I told her I did not want to give it to them, as I did not want to receive sales calls. She then said her manager told her that she could not take us on a test drive without the number as they needed them for "safety". I said I would give it only if they guaranteed I would receive no sales calls, which she guaranteed. I then gave her both my cell number and my wife’s. The next day we received a call from their sales department and we asked them not to call us again. Over the next week we received over 6 calls. On one occasion we spoke with Adriana again and reminded her what she promised us and asked her not to call. On each occasion we actually spoke with someone, they assured us they would not call back. However they keep calling. Therefore I went back in and spoke directly with Scott Lewis, the New Car Director, and told him not to call us again. He assured me they would not. Since that time nearly 2 weeks ago they have called and left messages three times. Earlier today I received another call from a sales associate, told him not to call again and told them I would report it to the Better Business Bureau. I feel that Reliable Chevrolet acquired my phone number fraudulently by blatantly lying to me and is now, by continuing to call over and over again, harassing my wife and I. We have received over 10 calls on our two phone numbers. This is unacceptable and I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau. More
