It took 3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled. At drop off I let them know the number they had on file was incorrect and gave the correct number. The person that I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had our vehicle a full week. At the end of that time, I feel they could have at least washed our vehicle when they were done wit and friendly. They had our vehicle a full week.
