I understand car washes but my my vehicle was taken in for a reapply the ZekTech Coating not a car wash !!! I spent a whole day re-washing the truck and have been trying to buff off all the spots left on the paint without any luck. I will definitely be taking this issue up with the service manager. If I receive no help I will then see what GM can do about it !!! PS: When I picked up the truck and pointed out the problem with the service advisor all he could say I’m sorry we are having problems with our detailing team. No xxxx …
