This dealership is one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune to deal with both in sales and service!!! First of all, we had none of the "Lease End" options we were told we would have. The few times w misfortune to deal with both in sales and service!!! First of all, we had none of the "Lease End" options we were told we would have. The few times we have used their service department have been nightmares from trying to reach anyone by phone to the actual scheduling of the appointment. This last service, which will be our last with Reliable, was a 30K service which we received three entirely different quotes ranging from $369 to close to $1600; we received a text with a list of 4 additional service items they were recommending two of which entailed replacing all 4 tires and a wheel alignment and the other 2 were for filters. We confirmed replacement of the filters but declined the recommended need for tire and an alignment the tires not showing enough wear after only 30K miles to warrant replacement and, after receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, the 2 filters we confirmed were not replaced and the 10% discount we received in the mail was not applied even after ensuring the coupon was provided to the advisor an advisor prior to requesting the service. Running out of space so I will end with, WE WON'T BE BACK TO SALES OR SERVICE!!! More
