Although I have no issues with the new Service Advisors and no issues on this current visit other than the wait time. I am still upset over not being reimbursed for an $800 rental I had to get due to the S and no issues on this current visit other than the wait time. I am still upset over not being reimbursed for an $800 rental I had to get due to the Service Advisor at the time being COMPLETELY incompetent. Don Poling , (Service Director) promised me I would be reimbursed since he was new and was not in the system to request the rental from Entwrprise. Dealing with Patricia Charles (Service Relations Manager) is a complete joke, all she does is have someone else call you only to be told they can't help you. The GM has absolutely no interest in Customer service and it shows. The only reason I continue to go to this dealership is because I have free oil changes for a year, outside of that I will not trust this place with any other vehicle needs whether it be service or sales. I will continue to advise friends and family against dealing with this dealership on any level. More

Extremely disappointed with my overall experience as a first time buyer. My 2021 Chevy Colorado was JUNK! The back and forth trying to resolve concerns was stressful.
