Worst customer service for a repair. Had a repair done and then they told me there was more to be done, didn't trust them. Picked car up on a Friday and they said they would call me back Had a repair done and then they told me there was more to be done, didn't trust them. Picked car up on a Friday and they said they would call me back on Monday with the rest of the repair quote. They did not call me. I had to call 4 times on that Monday and still did not hear back. Finally when I called the next day someone answered and gave me the information I needed. Don't take a car there for service. Terrible! More

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The salesman did not review any features on the car with me. I never met the sales manager. I picked up the car after work which was a mistake. The Explorer, prior to purchase, was making some popping noise, so the Reiselman shop said they changed the strut plates. After a very short period of time, the popping was back. We took it for warranty wor noise, so the Reiselman shop said they changed the strut plates. After a very short period of time, the popping was back. We took it for warranty work (to our TRUSTED shop) only to find that they’d used the cheapest part available, when changing it out. There were other things too, that I should’ve noted and RUN the other way. I’ve had to have another chunk of work done on it that they should’ve caught during their so-called inspection. Bottom line, they are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More

6+ weeks and I still don’t have a title. Drove the vehicle off the lot and had air conditioner problems within a week.
