Was a bit surprised to see the $190/hr labor rate. The 15% surcharge on parts (“shop supplies/waste disposal”) still falls into the “just because we can” category but a 3% “convenience fee” on top of The 15% surcharge on parts (“shop supplies/waste disposal”) still falls into the “just because we can” category but a 3% “convenience fee” on top of everything maybe a bridge too far. The quoted $1200 repair turning into a near $1500 bill was not a good surprise. More
