The way car buying should be Walking into the dealership the receptionist was very welcoming. Matt, Blake and Rick made me feel comfortable, where very friendly like they all pers Walking into the dealership the receptionist was very welcoming. Matt, Blake and Rick made me feel comfortable, where very friendly like they all personally knew me prior to coming to the dealership, they made me feel like they wanted my business and would do their best to personally give me the best deal they could with purchasing my Ford F250. The dealing process was not long and drawn out like other dealers. Matt, Blake and Rick made the buying process quick, easy, convenient and when compared to other dealers which I had emailed for their best deal, Matt, Blake and Rick where able to beat all the other dealers. Jess in financing did a great job walking me through the paper work, explained all the additional coverage/ offers but did not over pressure. I really like my Ford F250 and when the time comes to purchase again Lima will be the first dealership I go to. More

Wonderful Was at dealership for oil change and looked at new cars fell in love with a new one and the rest is history. Only problem I should have made my appt. Was at dealership for oil change and looked at new cars fell in love with a new one and the rest is history. Only problem I should have made my appt. on another day not the end of the month. Everyone was trying to take advantage of the rebates so everyone was very busy. I myself decided to take advantages of the rebates also so am very happy with the outcome. More
