Patti saves the day! Thanks Patti for being so responsive to our service needs. It is next to impossible to reach someone in the service department but after a day and a half of trying to reach someone to our service needs. It is next to impossible to reach someone in the service department but after a day and a half of trying to reach someone and leaving several voice messages - I got Patti Wallace's voice mail. I left a voice message and she returned my call quickly. I know she was swamped, but who isn't these days. She took her time to find out exactly what my service needed to be done. Even arranged for a pickup and a return for my vehicle! Patti truly saved the day when no one else in service would answer their phone, return a voice message and/or return my call. I only gave a five-star review BECAUSE of Patti. Thank you Patti! More

Nothing is ever fixed I've been in there numerous times for the same thing and still problems. I've been in there recently for a recall. Excellent Customer Service Reineke Ford in Findlay provides exceptional customer service. My Escape was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. I was greeted immediately and Reineke Ford in Findlay provides exceptional customer service. My Escape was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. I was greeted immediately and the appointment was confirmed. The customer waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. EVERY employee that walked by smiled and spoke. They cared about my comfort and wanted to be certain I knew where to go to get whatever I might want. My car was returned and information pertaining to the service was shared. I enjoy being taken care of as well as my car. More
We purchased a vehicle (2012 Expedition $38000.00) and the full warranty, we started having problems and their service department will not fix them. Not sure why they take peoples money for warranties and the full warranty, we started having problems and their service department will not fix them. Not sure why they take peoples money for warranties and not grant the warranty. I will never buy from these people again. They got some kind of grease on our leather seats for brake pads and said they were not responsible for getting it off that we had to pay some business down the street $200 plus dollars to have it cleaned. The running board only works when it wants to and they said we had to pay full price to have that fixed after the $50 deposit we already paid to get that news. More
They sold my fiance` a used F350 4x4 Super Duty with the 6.0. They had previously worked on the engine prior to selling it to him. Less than 1 year later and less than 20000 miles later the engine needs to 6.0. They had previously worked on the engine prior to selling it to him. Less than 1 year later and less than 20000 miles later the engine needs to be tore down and overhauled. The dealership will not do anything other than cut labor cost. How is that going to help when the cost just to tear into it is $10000 dollars. Ford warranty refuses to help because they have already talked with the dealership. All we asked is that they cover 70% or 80% of the cost and they refuse. So we have taken action with the Better Business Bureau and our next step is a lawyer. They don't back what they sell, nor are they willing to work with helping there customers. SAD!? More
