Worst dealership of all time. They actively try to screw you over. Well I brought in my truck one last time and they said I had a 4,000 repair and that my mileage warranty is up and I would have to pay full amount. This is the kind of scam you can expect with a dealership such as this one. Do yourself a favor and do not ever go to this place. More
would not recommend there service at all, took my ford diesel in as it was in limp mode,had a recall they said that wasn't the problem, they said it was bad def they pulled tank off cleaned it, tested it diesel in as it was in limp mode,had a recall they said that wasn't the problem, they said it was bad def they pulled tank off cleaned it, tested it drove it said it was fixed.bill was 650 dollars, i argued got it a little cheaper. we drove it 50 miles. went into mode again had to get it towed to another ford dealer they fixed it said it was under the warranty. they said what fixed should have been to. tried to get reimbursed but they more or less said sorry for your luck More

It is next to impossible to reach someone in the service department but after a day and a half of trying to reach someone to our service needs. I left a voice message and she returned my call quickly. I know she was swamped, but who isn't these days. She took her time to find out exactly what my service needed to be done. Even arranged for a pickup and a return for my vehicle! Patti truly saved the day when no one else in service would answer their phone, return a voice message and/or return my call. I only gave a five-star review BECAUSE of Patti. Thank you Patti! More
My daughter bought a used Escape at Reineke Ford. Our salesman sold a fabric conditioner (I forget what they call it ) to her that she never got. Horrible experience, even one star is a bit too high. Stopped by just to glance at a used car my girlfriend and I were interested in. After dealing with the salesman that was there that night, discussing the budget and what would and wouldn’t work we left by feeling quite pressured. After only a day, my girlfriend then gets texted about her interest, in which she politely and respectfully replied that we just couldn’t make that vehicle work for our budget. She then receives multiple texts from the salesman (which obviously was upset by her response) throwing out personal jabs about how she’s not at the point in her life to be able to afford such a nice vehicle and how it was crazy for her to not being able to compromise a “measly” $50 extra to get a dream car. It’s one thing to be upset about getting turned down, it’s another to get personal with a customer like you know them and their walk of life. Single handedly the most unprofessional experience I’ve had anywhere, let alone at a stealership, I mean dealership. I will never spend another penny at a Reineke owned facility. More
