They got some kind of grease on our leather seats for brake pads and said they were not responsible for getting it off that we had to pay some business down the street $200 plus dollars to have it cleaned. The running board only works when it wants to and they said we had to pay full price to have that fixed after the $50 deposit we already paid to get that news. More
They sold my fiance` a used F350 4x4 Super Duty with the 6.0. They had previously worked on the engine prior to selling it to him. Less than 1 year later and less than 20000 miles later the engine needs to 6.0. They had previously worked on the engine prior to selling it to him. Less than 1 year later and less than 20000 miles later the engine needs to be tore down and overhauled. The dealership will not do anything other than cut labor cost. How is that going to help when the cost just to tear into it is $10000 dollars. Ford warranty refuses to help because they have already talked with the dealership. All we asked is that they cover 70% or 80% of the cost and they refuse. So we have taken action with the Better Business Bureau and our next step is a lawyer. They don't back what they sell, nor are they willing to work with helping there customers. SAD!? More
