Register Chevrolet lied to me about Finance approved and then took vehicle away from me a week later!!!!!. New vehicle was home delivered to me, a brand new vehicle, directly to my house said loan was appr then took vehicle away from me a week later!!!!!. New vehicle was home delivered to me, a brand new vehicle, directly to my house said loan was approved I signed all legal papers and made first payment on the spot. then a week later was told that the loan was not approved, their mistake, they came and took my new car away from my driveway a week later. "They messed up" is what I was told Sales, Sales Manager, and the newer Finance Woman messed up dud not read everything. all the way up the dealership!!!! Stay away!!!! More

Customer service - Not at this dealership ! I am from NH, visiting the Spring Hill area. I visited the Register Chevrolet website and tried to make an appointment for an oil change. I filled out the form and submitted it and got an email saying someone would contact me. I waited 3 days, no one did. I called the dealership and spoke to a receptionist who apologized and made an appointment for my 2016 Chevrolet 2500. 15 minutes before the appointment time, I arrived to check in. The service writer seemed aggitated that said I had an appointment for an oil change and told me I didn't and couldn't have one because oil changes are on a first come first served system. So after lecturing me for 20 minutes he finally told me where the waiting room was. 20 minutes later he marches into the waiting area and shouts across the room to me. "Your check engine light is on !" I told him that it wasn't when I pulled in here. He said, "Well, it is now!" And abruptly left the room. An hour or so later the very pleasant cashier called my name, said my truck was done and parked outside. I paid for it and left. My check engine light was not on. I wrote an email to the service department and told them of my experience. I still haven't heard from anyone. Next winter when I'm visiting, I'll drive 40 miles to a different dealer rather than go back to Register Chevrolet. I was also thinking about trading in my RV at Register RV Sales and buying a new one. But they have lost my business forever. More

Their lack of product knowledge is a direct result of poor training. REgister is probably too cheap to properly train their employees. This company has no business selling Corvettes. I should have known I made a mistake when the mechanic had to deliver my car since the salesmen could not drive a stick. Avoid these a******* at all cost! More

Poor service My 2018 Vette has a warble noise in the rear. They changed one axle and said that fixed it. It didn’t.
