First time BUYERS BEWARE!! Stacey was my rep, when I went to buy a car for the first time in my life! ( A mistake). The finance mgr Vincent was the one that put the screws to me Stacey was my rep, when I went to buy a car for the first time in my life! ( A mistake). The finance mgr Vincent was the one that put the screws to me!!! I thought I got a good deal on my 2011 Mits. Endeavor!NOT!! I wouldn't have known that the deal was upside down... After 8 months I needed to trade the Suv. Cause I have knee problems! So, I started talking with several dealerships and that is where I learned I was upside down about $9,000...$6,500 was the actual price of the car.. The other was that Finance mgr Vincent said I needed it $2,500.. and wouldn't let me not take it!!! I went to 4 dealerships from Muskogee to Tulsa trying to get some help!!! The last dealership said take it back to Regional let them fix there screw up!!!. So, I called the dealership on a Friday April 11, 2014 and told her my problem and she sent phone call to Vincent!!! He told me $2,500 was that extended warranty that I didn't want no way..and I told him then I was upset.with.them that I just found out I'm upside $9,000 in that suv..So, he said we can fix the problem.by putting you in a 2014 Hyundai Tuscon, that had rebates!!! He told me a sales rep by the name of Steven would call me... He did about 30 minutes later, Got information about me and what was going on about the suv... He said he would give me a call later that evening but NEVER GOT A CALL!!! I called Saturday morning April 12 and so he told me to come in they had a car for me... When I got there he brought the car around and told me and my sister to drive it and see if i like and take it to lunch also!!! We said okay!!! And left dealership ( no license taken or insurance)... When we came back went in a office and sign a we owe that said wasn't going to give me nothing... And another paper to sign ... After that me and my sister ask him the price of car! The Internet price was 24,000. And they was going to sell it too me fir 26,000.. and give me 15,000. On my suv.. and give my sister money for referring me... She had to leave around 7 o'clock that Saturday evening!!! Told him that Chrysler 300, 2012 needed to be cleaned out he said okay!!! Took car back and about 1 hour 1/2 hour later it's ready and thought it had been cleaned and detailed!!! It was not after i got home and looked in it...i left that dealership around 9 o'clock Saturday night and was told to be back on Monday to sign papers on Chrysler 300, and I said I wouldn't be there until I get off work around 5 o'clock and Steven said okay... i went back on Monday April 13, went to desk spoke to the lady an ask for Steven, HE WAS GONE AN WAS THE ONE THAT TOLD ME TO COME BACK ON MONDAY!! ANOTHER REP CAME FOR Steven , I told I was there to sign papers on the car!!! He went to tell finance mgr I was there!!!! ( NOW THE GAMES BEGINS)!!! ME AND 2 OTHER SISTERS SIT THERE FOR ABOUT AND HOUR!!!NOTHING!!! SO A rep name Josh knew one if my sisters, so we tell him why I'm there!!! He goes and try to find out what's going on for me.. He comes back and says finance mgr didn't know nothing about me signing papers!! They was suppose to be in Vincent office, which they wasn't!!! Finally around 9 o'clock Chad Inman shows his face and ask for me!!! And begins to say sorry that he didn't know anything about me signing papers and that the computers went down...Really a lair!!! I went over to his office and told him about the car they first sold me and I wasn't going to take the extended warranty on that 300 cause only going to keep it for 6 to 12 months.. HE ALSO SAID DON'T TELL NOBODY I WAS BUYING THE CAR , JUST TEST DRIVING IT!!! He gave me his card and told me he would get back with me on Wednesday!! No call WED, THURS, THEN FRIDAY THEY CALL SAID LOAN HAD BEEN REJECTED!!! REALLY REALLY IT TOOK YOU'LL ALMOST A WEEK!! I TOLD HIM I WAS ALREADY BRING ING IT BACK AFTER I GET OFF WORK.AND HAVE MY TITLE, KEYS AND SUV READY!!! IT WAS NOT READY WHEN I GOT TO DEALERSHIP THAT NIGHT!! THEY HAD TO HUNT FOR IT!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT WHAT GOING ON IN THERE BUSINESS... I TOLD THEM ON MONDAY NIGHT I WANTED TO TALK TO PRESIDENT OF HYUNDAI, BUT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HEART THAT!!! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AGAIN !!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL IN THERE BUSINESS... More
My daughter purchased a used Honda from Regional Hyundai, she was a first time buyer and the sales staff and finance staff laid it on thick! the car was priced $1000.00 over retail, then they sold her an ext she was a first time buyer and the sales staff and finance staff laid it on thick! the car was priced $1000.00 over retail, then they sold her an extended warranty for $2995.00, when you read the fine print it does not cover anything expensive like the motor or transmission. They also sold her a "Auto Perfect" package for $599.00 that also is overpriced for what you get. My daughter was asked to purchase the Gap insurance, since she was now so far upside down in the car she would need it if it were totaled to pay off the loan. All together the Gap, Auto Perfect, and the Extended warranty was $4485.00. Note! all of these are cancilable at any time, but when we went to the dealership they will stall, have some excuse, and litterally hide from use so that they will not have to refund the money. On my forth and last trip to see if we could get this problem resolved vince the finance mgr. said " I need to get a Lawer" if I wanted any money. Your milage may varary but I will have to say BUYER BE WARE!!! More
DON"T DO IT! The finance manager did not verbally DON"T DO IT! The finance manager did not verbally disclose key elements of the lease contract (disposition fee and type of contract). He did confirm DON"T DO IT! The finance manager did not verbally disclose key elements of the lease contract (disposition fee and type of contract). He did confirm (verbally) there is no disposition fee and the contract was a lease contract and not a balloon contract. The staff is very nice before the deal is closed, but you will be in big trouble after the sale, or if there are any issues. Also, verbal agreements mean nothing unless it's in the contract! Finance manager was extremely rude. The dealership did not return calls or made any efforts to resolve the issue, besides lying and offering a $100 goodwill via a reply to the BBB complaint. It seems there is nobody to talk to above the finance manager and the owner/president/ of the dealership is not available. My complaint is registered with the BBB. I highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere, based on my own experience, or you should bring your lawyer to carefully review the contract and addendum and be a witness to everything is said pre-sale. I was very excited initially to purchase a vehicle from them, however the finance manager convinced me not to do so in the future. I was extremely close to take legal action to dispute the contract. I am still shocked of the whole situation and do not understand to this day why the finance manager can get away with this type of behavior. They went out of their way to provide the worst post-sale customer service. Even when they responded to the BBB complaint they were lying in their affirmations and were trying to put the blame on me, the customer. My review can be confirmed, so please contact me for additional information if you have questions. Note to: the dealership: unfair practices and misinformation will hurt your business in the long term. Instead of offending your customers with a $100 goodwill, you should provide better customer service, be truthful and responsive. We don't want goodwill! More

This a fair review. I love my Tucson and would have been a customer for life. I was totally sold on Hyundai. When I bought the car 5 years ago, the process was professional and relatively painless. At that a customer for life. I was totally sold on Hyundai. When I bought the car 5 years ago, the process was professional and relatively painless. At that time it was known as CarMax Honda. I was so pleased I wrote a two page letter for them to use as a marketing tool. It is now Regional Hyundai. One repair for power steering pump and was not charged. The Service Manager is professional and courteous. Here is where my heart burn comes in. I had an air bag sensor light come on several months ago and I stopped by to have them look at it. I was told it would be $45.00 for them to look at it even though it was under warranty and was a safety item. I did not have the money and did not think to get it documented and they did no actual work, so it was not input into the maintenance program. My mistake. Today, I took the car in for rear plugs and to get the air bag looked at. I am now 13,000 mile UNDER the mileage but 45 days OVER the 5 year warranty. Cost to repair $460.00. They have offered to pay labor if I pay the remaining $311.00 in parts. Not acceptable. Even if I had not been in two months prior, a safety item like NO airbags, so close to warranty, I would take care of it to keep a loyal customer. I have sent several people to look at Hyundai’s but I will tell a lot MORE people about how bad their customer service has been. I went from being very happy to VERY dissatisfied. I will never by another Hyundai, ESPICALLY from this dealer. By elsewhere. Hyundai makes a very good vehicle but do your homework regarding dealers and DON’T BUY FROM REGIONAL HYUNDIA on 71st street in Broken Arrow! More
i emailed these guys and asked what kind of deal they would make me on a 2011 genesis 4.6 (8 cylinder) and i went back and forth for a week. every email i sent i ALWAYS specified i wanted a 4.6. not once would make me on a 2011 genesis 4.6 (8 cylinder) and i went back and forth for a week. every email i sent i ALWAYS specified i wanted a 4.6. not once did they tell me the one i was dealing for was the lower priced 3.8 litre 6 cylinder!! to be fair in their initial email they sent me a looong detailed manufacturers spec list. it looked what i would call the build sheet. i finally looked at every line of that after i went to their web site and compared stock numbers and discovered they were trying to sell me something i didnt want!!! i dont remember the salesmans name but i figure if he would do this he has the dealerships blessing. when i emailed him about what i found he responded by saying "theres no way we could give you a price like that on a v8" he acted like i knew what car i was dealing for the whole time. again, i always gave the description of the black 2011 genesis 4.6 every email i sent. this was NOT a misunderstanding, theres no way that he didnt know what i wanted!! i would recommend staying away from these guys, you cant trust them. by the way...i ended up getting a 2011 genesis 4.6 for thousands less at shawnee mission hyundai in kansas city. i dealt with a salesman there named steve genova and he was great...honest, knowledgeable, and attentive. these guys could take lessons and learn something.
