It is simply some insight and advice that may help the harder to deal with customers.)The guys were GREAT! It's almost impossible to hit a perfect score, we are all human. I wish someone would have offered us something to drink while we waited for 5 hours. When I finally requested a bottle of water, I was given a cup of water from the water fountain (gross!) but since I was so thirsty I drank it anyway. You would think that if you are spending over 20k on a vehicle that you would be worth a bottle of water or even go the extra mile with a soda. I would also recommend to let the guys who clean the vehicles up know that if someone purchases a new vehicle, there is no need to spray stinky air freshener in it before delivery/pick up. One of the best parts about buying a new car is the 'new car smell', it was very disappointing that it lacked that luster. Also, it felt a little bit like once we were passed on to the finance guy, we were 'old news'. Would have been nice to been made to felt somewhat 'special'. I am in the broadcasting and customer service business, so these things probably stand out more to me than to the average bear. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and the guys were nice. Finance guy, Vic, was awesome at being thorough and clear about the insurance/extended warranty options. DJ was nice as well. Thank you guys for getting me into this vehicle. It is lovely and you went above and beyond to ultimately get me as close to the features that I wanted without pushing me TOO far above my price range. Thank you guys for everything. You rock! (Offer your customers something to drink! They are there spending a LOT of money! Don't make them buy a soda or water. It's not like buying a new pair of shoes, spring for a soda or something! lol) Again, overall it was good. Thanks DJ! (Reminder: before I moved from OKC I always dealt with the same salesman at the same dealership [for the past 3 vehicles I have purchased]. The way I could always remember his name/number/dealership is because he always put his business card in the ashtray or cubby/console. Anytime I was in the market for a vehicle, I knew exactly who and where to call!) Also, you should have your front desk girls smile and maybe even greet/acknowledge the customers. More
