Finance needs HELP SALESMAN DENNY IS AWESOME BUT FINANCE DIRECTOR SUCKS!!!! Denny will definitely do everything he can to make sure you are getting the best you can. I SALESMAN DENNY IS AWESOME BUT FINANCE DIRECTOR SUCKS!!!! Denny will definitely do everything he can to make sure you are getting the best you can. I literally got told 12 days after having the car that the deal had fallen through and I would have to pay 100 more a month. Denny went straight to the GM and they worked out a deal to get it back to where it originally was. The finance director wasn't really willing to help me. Denny is amazing and will even crawl into the back of a 3rd row sub to show you how spacious it is! More

Very long wait We bought a car that was apparently ready to go. Then it was decided to go through a service inspection again. It took two weeks to go through service We bought a car that was apparently ready to go. Then it was decided to go through a service inspection again. It took two weeks to go through service. Once we received the car, the caulking around the windshield is gone, the car acts like it's hard to start and there may be an issue turning. Not sure what they did for two weeks, but they did not inspect the car. I cannot recommend the service department of this dealership. More

Bill Chaalan was very friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. His customer service was top notch and is what made me come back to Regional Hyundai to make my purchase, after test driving a few other vehicles. Everyone at the dealership he introduced me to was very friendly as well, from Ray in the service department to Vincent in Finance. The owner of the dealership even took the time to introduce himself and chat for a while. I was very impressed with customer service at Regional Hyundai. Because of this, I will recommend Bill and this dealership to any family and friends and will plan on returning in the future! More
