Sadly, the repair would be more than the car is worth—Ray did what he could to help me out, but it was more than I was willing to spend for repairs. He connected me with Brandon, who took into consideration my buying parameters and patiently showed me car after car, trying to meet my needs. I now own a beautiful 2018 Elantra. Ask for Severin in sales and Vince in financing. I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesman Severin and Vince from financing. Both were very knowledgeable when it came to their jobs. If I went back to buy another car tomorrow, I would without a doubt insist on having these two gentlemen help us again. Severin had all the answers to our questions and if he didn't, he went and got the answer. He also stayed probably about 3 hours after he should have gone home in order to help us. Vince was very clear and straight when it came down to signing the paperwork. He made sure that we understood everything. Both were very personable. I would highly recommend. More

Don't waste your time with this salesman or this dealer. Response to dealer: This dealership responded that they will not give a price without the customer showing up at their dealership. They do not think that a customer can possibly know what they want without the salesman influencing that decision first. If you know what you want, don't waste your time and look elsewhere. They cannot deal with anyone not living in close proximity to their dealership in Broken Arrow/Tulsa. More

Not so happy We were pretty happy going out. They contacted us 4 days later and mentioned we needed a consigner. The deal didn't work out. They basically brought o We were pretty happy going out. They contacted us 4 days later and mentioned we needed a consigner. The deal didn't work out. They basically brought our consigner in to purchase our vehicle for us. We decided it wouldn't be good to tie someone's credit up for the length of time they were trying to finance us for. We we're going to look at another car "cheaper" car so my wife's 600 credit score should have easily done so. Then we were told they couldn't make a deal. No big deal. I wouldn't recommend speaking with Severin. The dude INSULTED my wife after finding out we had decided not to use my wife's mother as a consigner and wanted to do the deal on our own. So basically all he cared about was making a buck. Didn't care at all about what was the best situation for us. Again, the rude remarks to my wife AFTER THE FACT... Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. So I've edited my review to reflect my actual experience. Wasn't very pleasant when all was said and done. All we heard about the whole time was we needed to rate him a 5.. if you want a 5 stat review, my suggestion would be; provide 5 star service regardless of wether a person is purchasing or not. Cause when we are able to purchase, we won't be back. More
