Last minute Jargon After signing for the vehicle I wanted and agreeing to the terms a week later I return to pick up my vehicle with my down payment. Upon my entry I was After signing for the vehicle I wanted and agreeing to the terms a week later I return to pick up my vehicle with my down payment. Upon my entry I was greeted with “bad news”. They informed me the vehicle I signed to purchase last week was unable to pass inspection (unaware the vehicle sold, manager wouldn’t approve repairs) and gave me options to still take delivery. My options were 1) put another $1000 down to fix repairs (ac inop/new front tires) 2) add another few hundred to my finance agreement and pay the other few hundred out over a couple weeks (no room in my loan to do this) Or look into a different vehicle (nice suggestion, but very specific in what I wanted) This all happened as I showed up to pick up the vehicle I signed for a week prior.... no advance notice ... no communication... blindsided. This started out a great experience and a week later ended in disaster. I offer suggestions to get it together and have your vehicles prepared before listing. Bad business move. I do not recommend nor did I buy my new vehicle from here. I offered 1 star only at the essential Minimum. Sorry guys, but this was bad business. UPDATE: Salesman called insinuating he may lose his job unless this is taken down. Asked me to let him know if I would remove. Salesman advised to get a different vehicle and understood why I was upset. Vehicle is listed back online for sale for $59 less!! What a deal!!! Complaint filed with BBB (3rd customer complaint since January). More

I received a prompt call following my request for contact regarding a New car! Stephen Libera is the salesman I spoke with. He is a great car salesman. He was energetic, polite and not overly pushy. He is knowledgeable not only about the dealership and the vehicles, but very educated on how each vehicle operates and which vehicle would work best for my needs. You can tell that Stephen really enjoys what he does, which gets you excited about buying a car, which lets be honest, most of us loathe! Thanks Stephen, we will be back!!! More

Fantastic Process These guys make the car buying process easy, I'd walked in knowing what I want to look at and had communicated with the sales guy via email, phone and These guys make the car buying process easy, I'd walked in knowing what I want to look at and had communicated with the sales guy via email, phone and text that day to confirm a time to come by. When I got there the vehicle was pulled up, clean and ready to drive. After a quick intro to the team, my wife and I set out to see how well we liked the vehicle. She said it was "the one" so we proceeded to start the paperwork process. We were in and out in 3 hours and any delays we had were on me as I contemplated the math of the deal. The GM down to the salesman were all great. Their F&I process is the easiest I've ever encountered and I once worked in the car business. Jeremy, Jason and Austin are GREAT to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend them. PS -- Something I found super interesting is that most of their team had been there for many years, which is RARE in the car business. That tells you that they're doing something right. More
